Product delivered a couple days earlier than expected. The hand lotion goes on smoothly, takes just a smal amount to moisturize both hands; pleasant smell. Quality ingredients. Purchased 2...one for me, one for a friend.

I purchased a set of the hand and foot cream as well as the glitter masks. I am very impressed with the quality and feel of these products. The creams are rich and provide great moisturing effect without being greasy and thick. Both masks made the skin on my face look clean and moisturized. Well done, Kedma!

The service was good and the products are wonderful.

Rude sales people.

The sales people are clearly disrespectful, forcing people to listen to their sales talk even when repeatedly being told that they don't have the time.

They even have the gall to insult my gf to her face, commenting about her skin. Trash quality service right here.

Horrible sales tactics. Genuinely like a scam operation.
I was walking in the mall and the sales lady practically grabbed my hand and put this peeling cream on, admittedly it did make my skin smoother but was £109 (in pesos 8,000). I said no because it was too expensive but they kept on at me until the employee gave me two for the same price plus a free facial service.

I was okay with this an bought it, however the products are not what was expected when i brought them home, they were half filled and looked to have been used already, the product also was dried on the outside of container and the seal was non existent. Definitely not the luxury that was described im so disappointed.

And for the sales tactics… i was given a free facial which i thought would be relaxing but no, they harassed me trying to get me to buy the £1,000 facial set?? I kept telling them no i don’t even have that kind of money but 3 of the employees were surrounding me and telling me i could use a credit card and practically using every sales tactic but in the worse way possible.
What’s worse is that i was stuck there because my face was covered in a white face cream that takes 45 minutes to wait until it can be taken off. I felt so harassed and trapped it was terrible, i had to lie about having a reservation elsewhere in order to leave, even then they were reluctant.
Overall bad experience with this brand, and looking online they seem to have similar reviews. This store was in SM Cebu philippines.

Visited Kedma at Robinson Gallery in Cebu, Representative sample her product on me, was quoted a price of $27.00
I purchased product, later I discovered she charged me $270.00 dl , I contacted them, they agreed to issue refund and return product, when I took Grab to Mall, Manager and Salesperson refused to accept and refused to refund, This is a Scam business !!!

Excellent service. Regardless, on 2 occasions I have placed orders and on both occasions some product has been missing. As soon as I report it, they immediately give me a solution to the problem. I suggest paying more attention when filling orders.

I didn't get my order because i need to print, submit customs paperwork i don't have time for that. Its time consuming for me, i just had an accident. I want my refund money back.

I am extremely disappointed with Kedma cosmetics customer service. I bought the anti-aging serum CINDERELLA EFFECT and it came the anti aging serum antioxidant instead. The first couple of times that I talked with their customer service they said that the product was the right one. I texted again saying that I wanted the Cinderella effect and not the antioxidant and they said that they couldn't send me the Cinderella effect because the formula was changed and they were the same product. And so I asked to return what I had and have a refund this went throughout the entire month of February until last week beginning of March where after a couple of emails, for open chats in their website someone finally sent me a return label but unfortunately I don't have the product that I bought in the first place. With that being said, I will never going to buy anything from cadma anymore first because customer service wasn't at my service as a customer second because they lie to me saying that the product was unavailable and they had changed the recipe or the ingredients and no one was able to explain to me why, third if the Cinderella effect product isn't available anymore take away from the website and all your social media. If you go to kedma cosmetics Instagram account They have a advertisement for the Cinderella effect serum so I don't know what the deal is.
