Completely incompetent
Completely incompetent. To list a few examples:
* buildings insurance doubled one year, they do not seek a competitive quote and this is often the most expensive part of the budget
* KDG and their broker both take a 15% commission when arranging insurance. Just ask for it to be removed.
* budgets often contained errors, including basic accounting like summing the same asset across years
* communication is abysmal. No prior warning of works, no response when you email or call, any communication at all is incomprehensible
* no proactive arrangement of works, everything has to be chased or it won’t happen
* charged full service charge for six months despite not doing anything at all when we left them
