Paid with Paypal never received a license or the full version. Sent emails with no response. I had to open a case with Paypal to get my money refunded. I waited the required time in thier "Moneyback garantee" read it before purchasing. Appears they might be a scam at this point. It's too late for me to use the product at this point, needed to split a PST for a time sensitive legal matter.

I bought this software to do a conversion from a Zimbra email archive to GMAIL. While the direct do it all conversion ran, the results were incomplete. I had to check each folder to see if all the emails were there. Even after running multiple times folder by folder, bigger folders did not convert all emails. Then used the export function to export to a mbox format, Just realize that the program is not as great nor as accurate as advertised. Verify the conversion is complete.

Beware, beware.
I purchased the .olm to Gmail Converter, assuming it would do the job as advertised. The end result was an unusable garbled mess. After over 15 hours waiting for "24/7-365" support, they wanted to log in to my computer (no) and "especially re-write the program to suit my needs". My requirements were to convert mail as advertised without having to re-program the software do do a job that was standard. I did the job manually as it was urgent, uninstalled the product and requested a refund. Ignore the 30-day Money Back Guarantee on their website, it is meaningless. They have obstructed every effort to refund for their failed product and fight it through PayPal as well. Their only response is to re-write the software, which I no longer need as it didn't do the job advertised. Disturbingly, they began to outright lie when it was escalated to PayPal resolutions.
Please make sure you read the fine print on their return Policy and that should leave you with no doubt. Ignore the bogus positive reviews and consider whether you really want to deal with this "Company" before handing over your money.

I had some Problems to use the software in my Special case - so KDE Tools refunded it - in General I give 5 Stars for the software itself.

I bought a copy of KDE Tools' OLM to PST Converter to convert my Outlook for Mac address book to Gmail contacts. To convince me to buy it, the company's representative advised me of the company's satisfaction guarantee and their 24/7 chat feature.

I tried the software, and it indeed converted the file. I learned later that the conversion was a mess, with Outlook address book fields not mapped correctly to Gmail Contacts fields, but worse still, the program wouldn't log into Google to upload the converted data.

I tried the chat feature, but it was offline despite the promise of 24/7 availability. With no assistance available, and time running out for me to complete this work, I was forced to use other products to move my contacts to Google.

When I reported this issue to KDE Tools, they denied my claim and fought my refund through PayPal. So much for a satisfaction guarantee.

KDE Tools claims that had I waited, they could have assisted me in resolving the problem. That may be true, but they failed to provide the promised 24/7 assistance. In fact, they have since changed their website to no longer claim round the clock support.

Do not trust this developer, and be careful about using their software.

Update, March 2, 2021:
After I wrote the above review, KDETools contacted me stating they had refunded my money and asking me to delete the review. They stated that they had provided this refund on February 17th.

It's two weeks later and I have seen no refund. My bad impressions of this company are now stronger than they were before.

Here is an excerpt from an email KDETools sent me. Possible customers: take note.

"This is completely swindle case I declared this and I have to contact to Federal Team of United States-Information Technology via our Law of Firm and Policy if you abandon again then I have to take action on this matter, I have collected your system’s entire information of your system related to our online License activation system.

We have higher level of technology and robotics crawler of system’s license activation structure and method."

THIEVES , incompetent customer service the software doesn't work.We do not recover all of these files and attachments.
Paying $99 for a product that doesn't work is theft and they don't want to refund. Their 30-day refund policy is just false advertising.

Small update, they contacted me to ask me to cancel my notice .
I wouldn't do it, don't buy their product et pour les francophones entrain de lire ceci , fuyez .... Ce sont des voleurs et arnaqueurs rien de plus

I found few indian stupid users running this scam business and they all are scamming selling malicious software, fake reviews by their Digital market team all over the trustpilot I checked and found all the positive reviews written by them,
I am going to sue this company here in US with my attorney this is fraud company and found the fake address too of their.

I paid for the software and it just crashed when I tried to use it - when I asked for support they said they had to 'remotely control' my laptop and download config files - no sane person would let someone they don't know remotely access their laptop and files. They claim a 30 day refund policy, but won't refund if you don't let them take over your computer. Beware.

I have an issue to download the software. WhastApp support was very simple, quickly and provide me the respective correction so fast. Amazing support.

Had an activation issue due to me having mail address issue, was solved in really less than 2 mins. This must be the fastest support I have ever received.
