Lovely staff we just picked up our tortoise today and had lots of help with setting up her viv etc !

We’ve been visiting the shop for a while due to my son’s interest in reptiles. Even though we wasn’t purchasing anything at the time, they have always been so welcoming and would happily share their knowledge. We’ve now purchased a bearded dragon from them, and all the set up kit, and they couldn’t have been more helpful, and I know they’ll be on hand with anything we need help with.

I’ve been a customer of KBN Reptiles for many years now, and I can’t say enough great things about this place! Not only do they have an incredible variety of healthy and well-cared-for reptiles, but their team has always gone above and beyond in providing expert advice. I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside them, and their professionalism, passion, and commitment to animal care are unmatched. Words will not be able to do justice for what I need to say, The people in here not only care about your pets wants and needs they care about you to, that is to Kate for giving my Beardie Wendy a health check and helping me sort out her respiratory infection to vet her on the right track, bot only has she helped me save my Beardie she has made me a better and more responsible owner, talking me through everything i need to do steo by step, doing a full health check and providing everything I need I am so very grateful love this place and I will be back again and again

The most helpful, knowledgeable staff, willing to take the time to help and understand your requirements. My son has pestered them asking many questions and nothing seems a bother. Big shout out to Ash who has helped us on most occasions. We highly recommend KBN 👌👍

I visited the store last weekend and I have to say I was absolutely blown away by the service! We are due to get our new dragon this coming week and I went in for some viv decoration. The lady got a viv out for me to go and try a few things in there to be able to see what it would actually look like! So friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to everyone!

Fantastic shop with many different reptiles ornaments and everything else you could need. All the staff have a wealth of information and no question is a stupid question. We are always feel welcomed and are always happy to be there.

KBN is an absolute gem of a shop and if you’re looking for a reptile or an invert, then this is the place for you. I have purchased many of my tarantulas and scorpions from KBN and they have all been in perfect condition living in amazing spacious and well maintained setups, which shows you that their animals welfare is their top priority. However this isn’t where the shops priorities end. Their customer service is second to none and Katie and Ash are always on hand to give exceptional advice or just to have a general friendly chat during your time in store. Pay them a visit and you will quickly see why myself and many others rate them so highly.

Whilst touring West Midlands reptile shop we stumbled across KBN and in doing so we've found our favourite place.
The care and attention to all the animals there is incredible. The shop is clean, tidy and welcoming with not only reptiles and inverts but also a great gift section!
The knowledge Katie and Ash have is second to none, you can tell they love what they do. I've learnt so much from them making me a better keeper.
We've also purchased vivariums from them which was a smooth process and catered to our exact needs.
If you're in the hobby or just want to explore it you can't get any better than a visit to KBN!

In nearly 30 years of reptile keeping I have visted many shops and shows, meeting a lot of breeders and shop owners.

KBN is up there with the best, the shop was clean including all enclosures, nothing was over crowded and staff friendly and knowledgeable, I had long conversations with both Katie and Ash. If one staff member had better knowledge of a specific species they swapped in and out. The information I received prior to my visit via messenger and during my visit was in depth, accurate and also all came written too. It was great to have a shop despite my experience quizzing me on my knowledge and enclosures I was providing.

On arrival Katie was working with a Dad and young child showing him and teaching him how to be around the snake they were looking at, she was enthusiastic, calm and patient with the next generation keeper which was wonderful.

The same positive attitude was shown towards all patrons whether spending £2.50 or a lot more. There is convenient free parking literally under the shop.

Also wonderful to see is a shop that breeds a lot of their own stock, including some not commonly seen Asian ratsnake species. They also have great record keeping so can tell you which clutch individual snakes are from if you are looking for pairs and also include full detailed feeding records from birth.

Really enjoyed my visit and will be making the trip again in the future.

KBN are the loveliest people and really know their stuff about reptiles. I have been a customer for 5-6 years and they've always been reliable and helpful. With the freshest live food their service is unmatched in Coventry

We have had a rat snake and a tarantula from KBN and both times they have been amazing, really friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is located about 11 miles from me but I won't go anywhere else.

A genuine honest review here, I have made a point of visiting various reptile stores around the UK and KBN is an absolute stand out, if you’re looking for a reptile or an invert, you would be hard pressed to find a team more genuine , honest and helpful than these guys. They hold a fantastic selection of inverts in stock from Tarantuals to Mantids, and their reptiles cover every base you would want. Animal welfare comes first here, as it should. Wonderful store and fantastic enthusiastic staff, I couldn’t rate them higher.

I have been going to KBN on and off over the years for various things, I have always found the staff friendly and helpful, they are very knowledgeable and patient. My daughter has recently purchased a reptile from there, Katie made sure we knew what the care needs were, and took time to make sure our set up was good and answered all my daughters questions. Overall we are very happy with their service and will continue to go there for any advice we may need in the future.
