System not fit for comercial use at present state, poor customer service
I had high expectations when joining KBEX, especially after being assured that the platform would provide instant SEPA transfers, fast OTC exchanges, and a seamless crypto transaction experience.
Unfortunately, my experience did not match what was promised. SEPA transfer took several hours and, in no instance, did the funds ever reflect in the receiving fiat account. The OTC transaction was significantly delayed, and the OTC quote was never displayed or presented to me for approval. Instead, the operator processed and accepted the transaction in the background without my authorization. I also noticed discrepancies between the transaction records displayed on the platform and the transaction that was actually executed.
In addition, the fees charged were higher than what had originally been communicated to me. I also encountered various system bugs and operational issues that affected the overall user experience. When issues arose, responses and resolutions were slow, which added further frustration and uncertainty.
Since my business relies heavily on speed, accuracy, and reliability, these issues made the platform unsuitable for my operational needs. After my first transaction experience, I decided to cancel all planned future transactions and requested a full refund of the onboarding fee. However, to date, my refund request has not been answered.
I believe the platform has potential if these issues are resolved. However, based on my experience, I do not feel that the service delivered justified the €1,100 onboarding fee.
I hope KBEX addresses these concerns and improves the platform for future users.
