I bought the bike belt as a gift and it is exactly as seen in the photos, very nice.
We also had a small problem with the shipping but the KAZARTT staff was very kind and efficient in solving it.

Amazing customer service! DPD messed up the original delivery (not sure how, it just disappeared..), but communication with Guillaume was super smooth - he checked what went wrong, offered a refund and eventually sent me another belt, which arrived very quickly. And yes, the belt with little bikes is a perfect gift for any cyclist :)

Beautifully made with love
The belt was sent out very quickly after I placed the order. It is of the highest quality, beautifully made and it is just what you can see on the pictures. I love the leather and you can feel it is made with love and care and I highly highly recommend the product and the customer care! The belt is great for gifts - I've chosen the design with bikes as my husband whom I ordered it for loves cycling and it is a great way to incorporate his passion into a daily life of an IT guy :)

Except if I am wrong, you have now received the belt.
I am very sorry if it took a bit more time than expected. But this bad review should be under our courrier's profile. Indeed, on our side we really did our best to ship it as fast as possible. Then it took a bit of delay but we finally delivered it.
We aren't Amazon and don't have our own logistics. We have to rely on 3rd party. We have chosen reknown 3rd party with years of experience and we are sorry if sometimes some delay happen.
Now, would you mind removing this review please ? Or change it to 5 stars ? As we couldn't be blame for something out of our control.

We are not Amazon and have never promised a one-day delivery time. And ... we don't want to ! We believe that good things take time.
This being said, we are doing our best to ship the same day or the day after. And that's what happened.
1) You ordered your parcel on Thursday.
2) We shipped it on Friday.
3) We are only Monday and I can see that your parcel reached your country (Belgium) today.
