I was looking for this bathingsuit in my size - which was very hard to find - and found it on Kayokoko Swimwear. I received it in time for a trip to Florida and was very happy with it. The only negative was that there wasn't a way to reach someone by phone or get an answer on when it would arrive.

Kayokoko Swimwear has really great brands and ships quickly. Their sale prices are always better than anywhere else online.

Always a great selection of swimwear and resort wear. Customer service is always super responsive and returns were easy if needed.

Horrible customer service and took forever for a refund! After reading some of the reviews, I guess I am lucky to have gotten one at all. No phone number, and I had to to send 2 or 3 emails to get a reply regarding refunded. On the website it states free returns. They didn't refund me the whole amount. I will never buy from this company again. I don't know how they stay in business.

I have been trying to contact the store for a week now because I need to make a return but nobody responds . I am now stuck with two bathing suits that my daughter can’t wear

Want to wait a month for your order that doesn’t match the description, then order from here. Terrible customer service that refused returns even though their system was down for weeks? If this is the kind of rude, terrible service you want sure order from here. But I sure know I will never order from this trash bag site again

Placed an order for $144 of swimwear on Dec. 4. My card was charged the full amount Dec. 6. I never received a shipping update or any sort of communication besides an order confirmation. A week later, I inquired as they had charged my card and I did not receive tracking. My order was still processing according to the website. No one responded. I attempted to reach them via their "Chat" and "online form inquiry" in addition to email. No one responded. Finally a few days later (it is now the 15th of December) they responded with "let me check with the manufacturer and update you"... 4 days later and I have not been updated. I want my money back, never mind that the items will not arrive by the time I leave for a trip on the 27th of December. Just horrible customer service especially for a company that sells high end swimwear. They do not give you a phone number to contact them with either so you are at the mercy of their very lazy, slow replies to emails- all the while they have your money. Unbelievable.

Final sale was indicated when I purchased - so no surpises there unlike other reviewers' experiences. Product shipped and was delivered within timeframe expected - 5 days - but I paid extra for expedited shipping. Product and sizing was also as expected but I checked designer's size chart on their website and did some Google research in advance. I ususally take an XS in a bikini top, but I purchased Maaji brand, which runs small so purchased size S, which fit perfectly.

Warning about this company. They create promos and do not tell you when one promo means the items are final sale versus non-final sale. This is different from their regular return policy. They are not responsive and do not care that they are not notifying of the varying promo codes/ sales like other companies do. Completely untrustworthy. Would never recommend to anyone. It seems like they have a lot of good bathing suits in stock, but they do not have sound business practices.

This store is an absolute scam! Do not purchase from them! They denied my returned claiming the items were soiled which is abundantly false as I tried them on clean out of the shower and wearing panties. They also charged me a ridiculous amount of shipping to send my denied returns back to me. This store operates on the principle of robbery!

Ordered 2 pieces of swimwear on 6/19 and paid for express shipping. On the 29th I received a message saying one of the items I ordered in the size I needed was unavailable and they asked if I want another size I said yes and then only sent me one of my pieces ordered, never offered me a refund on the express shipping and now I’m still out a item that cost me $190.00 they are incompetent, scam, sketchy website and service.

I made order with them on 22nd March 2021. which was confirmed and my credit card was charged. Both products I have purchased were available. Since I didnt get tracking number for the order I contacted them twice. After first e mail they send me notice that product will be available in seven days. After seven days I have sent another e mail and asked what is going on, no reply. In the end on 1st of April I have received e mail which informs me y order was canceled. Unprofessional and disturbing from them. Still waiting for my money to be credited on my card.

I buy from Kayokoko since 2013 I think and I always have the best service. Their selection is huge and they also have other pieces like accessories, pj and activewear.

I recently had an issue with my order and they did a lot more than what a regular website would do to accomodate me. I wasn't expecting that much.

Just buy your swimwear here and nowhere else.

The best website for buying womens swimwear that is fashionable and with rhe latest trend. They have all the well known designers. Buying from them is easy. Shipping is very fast. They charge you in Canadian so be wary of international charge to your credit card.
They run out of stock very quickly and rarely replace stock, I guess that's how it works with garment.

I love buying from Kayokoko, awesome prices, beautiful variety and super fast shipping. As always I found the perfect swim suit at an awesome price. I love it!

Ive been a customer of kayokoko for about 5 years now and have always had a good experience. This past year has been rough for shipping and manufacturing companies and so when my orders were delayed, kayokoko always communicated it with me and even offered to cancel. Great customer service and products.

The swimsuit was exactly as described...just a tad too big but it will be perfect for summer. Beautiful colours and lovely fabric too
