0 star then I had a very disappointing…

0 star then I had a very disappointing experience. My employer came with me and confirmed that I have a job, a contract, and stable income. I provided payslips and all requested documents. I was told there would be no problem if the referencing passed, but my application was later refused based on information from a previous agency, without any proof being provided or my explanation being properly considered.

I also paid £80, which I was told is non-refundable. I feel the process was unfair and misleading. I would have appreciated a fair assessment of my circumstances rather than a decision based solely on allegations from a previous landlord.
