I have used Kavplus once before and recieved brushheads as requested and kept the address for furher tooth brush head. I sent a request and was billed £8.39 and was expecting them in 3-5 days 12th feb2024 now I am into April and no sign of my tooth brush heads for a braun. Despite 4 emails and 3phone calls and no reply from them.
I purchased from Kav Plus Dental Care through Wowcher. Never received my order, sent multiple emails chasing it up but the company did not reply. Had to go through Wowcher to get a refund after 2 weeks.
