MAKE SURE YOU GET THE ORIGINAL INVOICE
Purchasing a car there forces you to sell it only back to them as they do not release the original invoice, that is a blocker for anything you plan to do later on.
EXPERIENCE: Buying a car is 2 pages contract and one hour, selling a car is a 40 pages contract, nearly 6 hours there, discounts on price that cannot be challenged, plus a 10% retention because I was careful enough to have it insured. You have to cancel the insurance, deliver a hard copy of the acceptance in order to release the retention or else.... .
A colossal and uneven situation that of course works against the customer. Checking on such a successful business model, this kind of situation of course helps the bottom line. Thinking out loud, I'd say that there is little managerial oversight on this, or maybe no interest at all in the "exiting" customer satisfaction or UX.
ATTENTION: If you buy a car there, MAKE SURE you get the original invoice!!

The journey was horrible
The journey was horrible. Not everyone is an expert selling a vehicle and your guys take it otherwise. Lots of roadblocks and no communication between remote and on site reps.

It was a very sad experience
It was a very sad experience, based on intolerance and moral and psychological harassment. I saw many friends leave psychologically destroyed. I'm sorry for resigning from an incredible company to start one of the biggest damages to my professional career. Anyway, it served as a lesson.

I did all the process on the app and WhatsApp, it was very easy, the agent who took care of me during the whole process was very attentive and kind. I went to pickup my vehicle to Mexico City, I was treated very well by the staff at KAVAK, it was very fast to get my vehicle. Nice car, fair price. Totally recommend it!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
An AWFUL experience DO NOT buy from here. I bought a car 4 months ago and have been unable to legally acquire it. It came broken, I got it fixed, got a permit to drive it without license plate. Later I found out they did not provide me with the full documentarion so it is not possible to get license plate and now I am stuck with a car that, despite being "repaired" by them, will not start. They are refusing returns. They DID NOT provide the documents needed, it has been issue after issue, bad and condescending customer service. Plus I am constantly being ghosted by all their employees and I find myself showing up in their offices at least three times a week in order to get my documents in place. Their call center is basically useless and REALLY IMPORTANT information about the car was not provided before it being bought (for example the fact that it isn't from my state, so it will take months for it to get legalized).
