Stornierung

Ich würde niemanden diese Firma empfehlen!! Allein bei dem Kundenservice muss ich nicht mal drüber reden! Sie stonieren meine Bestellung, obwohl ich nur gefragt habe wo mein Paket wäre. Angeblich war der Grund ´´es wäre nicht im Lager´´, obwohl da stand ´´nur noch 3 Stück auf Lager. Sie verarschen die Leute von vorne bis hinten wortwörtlich. Eigentlich in meinen Augen haben sie 0/5 Sterne verdient. In meinen Augen ist das nur Gehirnwäscherei und Betrug gegenüber die Menschen.

dont not buy this even though it is cheaper
I have been wearing this prodcut for years and tested the smell with an orginal i have at home, this prodcut is fake full stop.

Won't refund orders

I ordered a hair product from them. After weeks of delay, and it still not being shipped, I asked that the order be cancelled and the money returned. They refused, arguing that it would be shipped "soon", effectively taking my money without permission. I will be raising this with my credit card company.
