The App was not available at the time I went to order my breakfast. This was 8am and they opened at 7.30am. This is a constant issue at the Mutualpark Kauai branch.
I complained to the Manager and this is the response I received: Please may I ask that you inform the relevant parties that escalated this to you - we are sorry for the inconvenience it's an IT issue that is being attended to.
I know for a fact that it is not an IT issue as this is a constant issue.

The world's most pathetic rewards programme by one of the most expensive health food shops.
You need to buy 50! coffees to get one free. That's right 50. Or 50 meals to get 1 free. Disgusting greed on top of massively inflated prices. Healthy food but sick, disgusting company.
