This wooden dowel handles quilling tool has a fine-slotted metal needle end for quilling tight pegs and coils. Simply position the very end of your quilling strip in the slot and rotate the handle to begin rolling the paper around the needle, and when you reach the desired size either glue it in place or allow the paper to unfurl slightly, before sliding off the tool ready to build your design. Always supervise young children while using quilling tools.
