Can you win money? Absolutely, will they do everything in their power to delay payment? ABSOLUTELY!!! I have won close to 100k in the last year, they have an obsession with payment plans. They say the payment plans won't affect new withdrawals but inevitably they don't want to pay those while making the payments so you end up with another growing balance that they then want to do a payment plan on but only after the other payment plan ends. The payments are inconsistant and most of the time they end up being less than they were supposed to be. If you agree to a payment plan they will find a way to push those payments as far out as they can each week. Sometimes they'll have "technical issues" and payments won't be made for weeks. The banking team doesn't respond to emails so any issue with the payment process has to go through your account manager who then has to contact the banking team who then has to contact the finance team. All the while you aren't getting paid. I'm finally nearing the end of my payments and wouldn't you know it, they have now decided that paying every Friday is just to difficult and it will be easier for them to pay on time if they pay every 10 days instead of 7 just kicking that can down the road. Once the last 7500 is paid I'll never play there again.

The Casino looks legit, but that's deceptive. They do not payout when you request a withdrawal. I am going on the second month asking when the money will be released. It is the same old excuses all the time.

This site has scam written all over it and is riddled with shady and despicable behavior. As others have said, the withdrawal process is non existent. You will never get any money off this site.

Further, I stated to them that I have a gambling problem, and would like my account closed. They made me contact the 4 separate times to try and close my account here and on newfunclub. Everyday was an excuse "wait until Monday and it will be closed". BS. You can close it now. I had to contact them everyday via live chat and bug their managers to finally get it closed.

I’ve been wait 3 weeks for the KYC verification. Anytime I tried to contact customer support about this delay I am hit with a automated response telling me they can’t do anything for me and immediately disconnected from this customer service representative only to have to start over with a new customer service representative, who will then give me the exact same automated response and cut me off.
