Katkin staff never cease to offer help and advice immediately when needed, and their tips for encouraging my very reluctant cat have been invaluable in gradually helping me to take steps to improve her acceptance of the pure meat diet. I have noticed increased energy and playfulness in her behaviour, and also a welcome slight reduction in weight.

Lupin loves every single meal every single day
Lupin loves every single meal, the Katkin service is great, what's not to love.
It's a little more expensive, but probably worth it to keep Lupin happy and safe at home, she does like to wander, so providing the best food for her at home is doubly important.

An all round winner - for dinner!
It’s so important to me to feed my little buddies the best food possible, and for me, that’s KatKin! I absolutely love that it’s made with 100% meat, with no fillers or nasties. My little buddies definitely have their favourites, with Cluck, Oink and Quack at the top of the list — their bowls are literally licked clean every single time! 🐱❤️
I also really love KatKin’s customer service. It’s personal, and I feel that they genuinely care about their customers and whats best for our furry companions. It’s reassuring to know that I’m not only feeding my cats food which promotes their heath and nutrition, they really enjoy whilst also supporting a brand that cares!

Well worth it.
Very easy ordering system that allows you to change the flavors to suit your cats current likes and dislikes. Good delivery with the pouches still being frozen in during the summer heat. I just get out a weeks worth, store them in the fridge and heat for 15 seconds. I've seen an improvement in my cats coat and she finishes the pouches in one sitting now.

The company aims to be environmentally friendly, and the packaging is all recyclable, - My friend with an allotment appreciates the wool for mulching.

I wish more companies were like Katkin!
Since changing his food to Katkin last year, he started looking so much healthier, more energetic and brighter. I definitely put this to the quality of the food he was getting in him.
Unfortunately, he passed away this week and the team were so sympathetic and even sent me a hand written card expressing their sympathy and support in this time.
The food is amazing, the flexibility and choice are amazing, the team are amazing. My next cat (for there will be another once I've healed) with be a Katkin cat.

exactly what was needed
It was exactly what we, that is the cat and her servants, were looking for. She has always been a fussy eater, now that a changed. She does not like the mooo, so we’ve taken out of the next order, going to try some of the others.

I am so happy with KatKin! My kitten is very fussy eater and after trying so many different brands this is the first she really loves! Seeng her finish her plate every time feels amazing! It is also very convenient that the food is delivered straight to my door. Everything can be easily managed in the app - portion size, recipes, delivery dates. Overall, great experience and happy kitten!

I cancelled this subscription at the…
I cancelled this subscription at the beginning of September and thought that was the end of the relationship with this company. However, apparently not. I phoned them to understand why they were delivering again and they were totally unresponsive and refused to accept that I did not "accidentally" click on a date for a future delivery. They insisted on calling their responses to me "feedback" and insisted there was nothing they could do. The delivery would be made even though I am away from home and the unwanted delivery will sit on the porch until my return in two weeks. They insist it was my mistake. However looking at the past reviews and the repeated reviews showing this is happening time and again to other unsuspecting customers, because of the way they operate their computer system, I know I am not losing my mind and I know I did not reinstate the order. Avoid this company. Following Katkin's automatic reply to ask for more information I am editing this review to add I already telephoned the company and spoke at length. So asking again for information they already refused to listen to and deal with is gaslighting. Reading the many reviews similar to the problem I had, Katkin does not listen and is consistently perpetuating this particular model of operation to suit themselves. No customer empathy or consideration. See review from happy bunny who is an IT professional who understands how they operate their system and has explained it in the review. And avoid this company. Don't waste your time. I will also add they have sent me an email confirming my subscription is now ended but I can go into my account and resubscribe any time. And this is how they get you. I had asked for an email confirming cancellation of the subscription and deletion of my account and account details which they have not done. Now I have to email them again to do this. Hopeless.

Fresh food for cats
Delivery was on time and the food comes packed inside a recyclable box, wrapped up in recyclable wool (which can be used for many different things stated on the packaging).
Sophie cat loves the food and although she has only been eating it for almost a week, she doesn't seem to miaow for extra food in-between meal times.

Finally a food my 20 year old cat enjoys. No more licking the jelly and walking away. Her overall condition has improved, she’s loosing less fur and just has more energy and leaves a clean bowl every meal.

From the first sachet, my little girl loved it. Very little waste, I usually find a clean bowl way before her next meal time. She’s always had a lovely coat but it is looking shinier. My girl is an old lady so she can have whatever she likes.
