Great cat litter
This cat litter is brilliant and does what it says although it isn’t suitable for older cats that use the litter tray excessively.
But I’m very pleased with it and well worth the money.

Please please read the other bad reviews about the trial box scam. It's not a trial if you are going to auto send out a £64 enormous box of catfood after a couple of weeks - I never got any emails or anything about it, and obviously once it's delivered, it's "too late" to send it back. The catfood was actually fine, but the money-grabbing, trickster techniques have lost me, so I will be unsubscribing (to something I never subscribed to) and putting a block on my banking app to make sure.

BEWARE! From trial box to a £165 charge!
I want to warn potential customers about my very disappointing experience with KatKin.
I initially ordered a trial box to see whether my three cats would enjoy the food. Unfortunately, two of them didn’t like it, so naturally, I had no intention of ordering any more.
What I hadn’t realised was that by purchasing a trial box, I had automatically been enrolled in a subscription!
Without my knowledge or conscious agreement, another delivery was arranged, costing me a staggering £165!
I only became aware of this when the delivery actually arrived. I immediately tried to refuse it, but the driver told me they couldn’t take it back because it was “fresh food”.
What I find particularly frustrating is that the food was completely unopened, still sealed in its original packaging. The driver could easily have returned it to KatKin, but apparently, that wasn’t an option.
I contacted customer service immediately to explain the situation, but rather than offering a reasonable solution, they simply referred to their subscription policy.
I find this business practice extremely questionable and, frankly, it feels like a trap.
A trial should be exactly that — an opportunity to try a product without finding yourself unexpectedly committed to an expensive subscription.
I now have £165 worth of food that two of my cats won’t eat, which I intend to give away, and a company unwilling to offer what I consider a fair refund.( they offered 25%)
My advice to anyone considering KatKin: BE VERY CAREFUL when ordering a trial box. Check every detail, because you may unknowingly end up with a subscription and an extremely expensive delivery you never intended to purchase.
I feel that this approach prioritises making money over transparency and customer satisfaction.
Very disappointing experience. I certainly won’t be ordering from them again.
Go to Marro instead!

To help clarify a few points: we do outline during checkout that our trials transition into a rolling subscription, and we send automated reminder emails four days before any upcoming order is processed. Because our recipes are freshly prepared, fresh food is perishable and unfortunately cannot be returned to our kitchen once dispatched, which is why our drivers are unable to accept refusals at the door.
We understand that receiving a larger, full-priced box for three cats was an unexpected surprise, which is why our support team offered a 25% goodwill refund. However, we appreciate that this still fell short of your expectations. We always value our customers' input and take comments regarding transparency very seriously.

Big Difference

The best cat food
Our dogs have always eaten a raw diet so when we got our cats we wanted them to have the same. After researching cat food we decided on KatKin and have not been disappointed. Even our vet was impressed with the quality of their coats.

House with happy Cats

The quality of the food is excellent
The quality of the food is excellent, both my cats love it! They like it warmed, 10seconds in the microwave does the trick. The customer service is great,the operators are friendly, knowledgeable & nothing is too much trouble, the boxes are insulated well with recyclable, biodegradable sheep wool & ice bags, I’ve tried other fresh cat food which were good but my cats decided KatKin is the best

My cat absolutely love Katkin
My cat absolutely love Katkin. She is a tiny rescue, very selective with food and it’s been very difficult to find some natural food that she likes. We never wanted to resort to food filled with artificial flavours and appetite enhancers but we were desperate until we discovered Katkin. She isn’t a fan of all flavours but her big winner is definitely Cluck!! The website is super easy, deliveries are easy to track and customer service is super efficient and reliable. Really recommend the company.

Foul smelling and vile looking but the cats seem okay
Our two cats eat the food fairly happily and seem healthy; that said one of them also eats dead mice and makes himself ill!
I have been voluntarily employed by a series of cats for over 30 years and have bought a great many different foods for them, however KatKin is to me by far the most repulsive, slimy and foul smelling food I have ever encountered. Having to keep it in the freezer and then transfer it to the fridge is also a nuisance.

Feeding a very old cat.
We have a very old cat who seemed to be wasting away ,he was under the vet after having funny turns ,he constantly cried to be fed but was only eating the jelly from numerous different brands and getting thinner . As a last resort we tried KatKin ,some flavours he doesn’t like but the ones he does he finishes and isn’t on all the time for more and has gained weight,brilliant. Arrives on time and can change his order if I find he doesn’t like one.
