Got a refund and got to keep the dress

I ordered the blue floral corset dress, and it looked a lot cheaper and not really like the images I saw online. It said on their website that they did returns when I ordered it, but when I asked they said they didn't. My option was to either exchange it for something else and ship the dress to an address in France. I said I didn't want that as their website said they did returns - after a bit of back and forth, I received a refund in full.

The reason for 4* is because their customer service was very good, although clearly using fake images of themselves in their email signature, and the language used was clearly google translate.

Product didn't fit at all like the…

Product didn't fit at all like the advertising pic so wanted to return straight away. Stupidly ordered the next size up thinking it would fit better but even worse. This was back in June and having emailed their customer services every week since have heard nothing. So 14 days Return policy has elapsed and I'm stuck with 2 x £65 jumpsuits! SCAM

SCAM DO NOT ORDER

Reviews below are correct. I wish I had seen them before I ordered. I decided to return the product, spend the money to ship it back to France only to have it returned as the address doesn’t exist. The product was absolutely garbage (sleeves were noticeably a different length) and they sent me a different colour than I ordered. I sent the pictures to customer service. They offered a small credit to keep the product instead of recognizing the errors and faulty product. Absolutely a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER.

Garbage product - Fake Reviews

This company and their products are garbage. The dress I ordered has a plastic underlining that is completely horrible and unwearable. I bought this based on thousands of 5 star reviews that they have which I quickly learned that are all fake. You cannot search or read any of them. If you want a return they will ask you to pay for shipping to France. This product didn’t even come from France. Alternatively they will offer a 15% credit and allow you to keep the product. Their clothes are not even good to wash your car with. Scam company - stay away!

Scam company-stay away

This company is a scam. Now looking back at their website, I should have been more vigilant. The dress I bought had 1547 reviews, but none of them are searchable. You can't read or search any of them. Clearly made up. The return process has been: sent an email requesting a return, wait three days, received email back suggesting a different size instead of a return, sent an email back to again just request a return, waiting another three days, then received an email back saying that they "heard back from their management team" and I can keep the item and they will refund me 15%, return for store credit, or simply return the item to France, which I have to pay for. The package I received came from NJ.

Stay far away from this company. Their intentions are clearly not selling quality clothing or getting repeat customers.
