Have been going to Katie’s for years. Wouldn’t use anyone else. She is a lovely person who treats my cat with lots of care and love. Would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a brilliant pet groomer

Maggie, our small black & white smoothie cockapoo had her first ‘professional’ wash & dry with a slight ear trim today . We thought it would be a good idea as she is going to board with Katie for a holiday in March . My husband wanted to keep her slightly scruffy & Katie listened & Maggie looks beautiful, soft & smells amazing 💕 I am sure she is going to have a great holiday with Katie 🐶🐶

I used Katie’s pet heaven for first time the other day
I have a St Bernard and they did a great job full trim wash n cut and also managed get appt at a busy time
Do yourself a favour and get your pet done here nxt time
I wold not hesitate booking them again having used a lot of groomers over the years of having dogs and will book for spring time

Katie and the team are amazing! Our cockapoo goes their for his hair cut which is always great. So we decided for him to stay their for boarding whilst on our recent holiday, and all I can say is what a service you get. Regular updates on how your dog is doing, videos and pictures too which is an awesome touch.
Eddie absolute loved his time with Katie and the team. Would highly recommend!

Rocco loves going to Katie's pet heaven, as they are so friendly even when he can sometimes be not quite so friendly.
This was our 4th time of using them and he is already booked in for his 5th grooming session which must speak for itself.
They trim him just the way we like it, he goes in looking like a fluff ball and cones away looking like a teddy bear. Thank you and see you in April.

I took my Pomeranian in for a groom , but was very disappointed with his groom this time . His tear stains around his eyes were not removed and his eyes were still dirty! Also I noticed his back legs still had straggley hair and was not cut properly

I don't feel I got good value for money.
Paying premium price you expect premium service. but Nail, ears, and eyes left undone. Cut was no better than 2 other local salons who don't have awards to their name.

My dog looks great after her groom and we like the stamp system where you get a free groom when the card is filled up.

Easy on line appointment system, no leaving messages on answerphone because the groomer is busy clipping dogs! Easy parking at the shop. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices and my pooch has a fabulous cut, she looks great!

I love Katie and so does Charlie I’ll never go anywhere else!

Was left feeling completely insulted and angry after I was told that my loyalty card had six stamps on it but I had only visited five times, the inference being that I had added a stamp myself, I am really not that desperate to go to those lengths, I shall not be using there services again.

We've moved to Hampshire from London and needed a new groomer for my fluffy Australian Labradoodle. After an extremely awful experience another groomer nearby who failed to provide the agreed service, I found Katie. Katie was absolutely fantastic and provided the exact teddy bear grooming style that I requested at the highest standard! She was kind and gentle to the dog and it's also very clear how much she's passionate about her job. She's very experienced, friendly and professional and I couldn't ask for a better customer service from her. She was able to groom my dog in the perfect teddy bear style that my dog's has been maintaining for the past three years. I can tell she takes pride in showing off her outstanding grooming skills unlike many other groomers who would rather shave the dogs off and earn easy money. I've booked the next groom with Katie and I would recommend everyone to try out this fantastic groomer. Thank you so much, Katie!

Wonderful service at Katies - I have used her service for both Grooming & Boarding and I wouldn’t want to use anyone else. It is such a pleasure to see her greet us when we drop our precious ‘Cargo’ with her. My Archie loves Katie’s as much as he loves his ‘mummy’ - me :) Would 100% recommend using Katie’s Pet Heaven to everyone

Mabel always looks amazing after her groom, she was always reluctant to go to our previous groomers but is happy to visit Katie’s.
