Absolutely discussed with the service got told delivery time take 3/5days and now it’s been two weeks they told me it would out for delivery and then said I wasn’t at the house joke

Extremely similar issues to the other recent 1 star reviews.
I placed an order on the 26th November and the order update says ‘shipped’ but I don’t actually believe that’s the case. I’ve been waiting for this Christmas gift for a significant amount of time now (as have others) from a super reputable company. Never again will I be ordering from here if the customer service is this bad where they cannot tell you when it will be delivered and just fob you off on emails. The phone lines are shut because they are ‘busy’ for Christmas. Well Kate Spade, welcome to the world of retail where everywhere is busy but less reputable companies than you still have a competent customer service and tracking information.

Ordered a Christmas gift , ordered well in time , got email confirming my order , the money was taken and then nothing, got in touch with customer service, they said they had no record of it so I sent them a copy of my confirmation and then nothing.............. no further response, this is supposed to be a luxury brand , not a luxury service and feel very let down

Ordered a bag on the 26th November but still haven’t received it. Despite contacting their customer service twice all I keep getting is that their courier is busy 😡
Unlikely that I will receive this before Christmas now so have to buy a replacement present for the person I intended giving it to, stay clear of order on line

I returned two pairs of shoes and only received the money for one pair. Nobody has been answering my emails. This is fraud!!! I can not recommend anyone to support this company!
