The order took somewhat of a month to be delivered but it was kind of understandable because it was delivered from China to Europe during the winter holidays. The quality of the katanas are worth the price witch is not that high, they look very cool especially if you are a sword fan, but there are 2 major flaws...
1. The size is too big for it to be a keychain, (this can be an upside or a downside for you)
2. Some of them are not that accurate to the Anime/Manga version
Example:
- Sasuke's sword (Kusanagi aka Grass Cutter) sheath is black with a white stripe and huge uchiha logo while on the anime/manga the sword is full black with a small uchiha logo.
- Zoro's Swords Enma and Shusui's blades are swapped within eachother which is kind of a dumb mistake in my opinion.

Ordered about 18 days ago never received my item, and they don’t reply back, ever. Don’t waste your time or money. It’s a scam. And my order isn’t even shipped.

I placed an order accidentally over a month ago and requested a refund via email the same day, and i have pretty much heard nothing other than "we are not quite sure when you will be refunded it is due to the platform's refund policy" and "You request for a refund has been forwarded to the management team."

I never received my items. It’s not the best time of year, I understand completely but when I initiated the return this company did not respond! I’m still waiting to see when or if I will get my money back. Attempts to contact them results in crickets! I would encourage all to review their return policy before doing any business with this company. Ads on Facebook are not regulated. Buyer beware!

Very bad quality and cheaply made. Would not recommend.

I ordered two swords from them, one of them they shipped right away without issue. The other one they did not ship at all and after I inquired they told me it was back ordered. The problem is I specifically did not pick a sword that was back ordered because I did not want it to be late for Christmas. So they're online system was inaccurate. Instead of communicating that to me they just shipped the one they had. Then when I emailed to inquire about it and of course took forever, and when they did get back to me, they just explained that it was on backorder. I told them that they either needed to cancel my order if it wasn't going to be delivered before Christmas or that they needed to get it there before Christmas. They told me they didn't know when it would get there, and that they would go ahead and process my refund. They said it would take a while to process my refund because of "their system". I told them that that was unacceptable. They were able to charge me fast enough. They should be able to refund me just as fast. Plus they were dishonest with their ordering platform and that is not my fault. They still have not refunded me.

These people are scammers. They claim logistics lost my package back in August. I have emailed support three times and they have only mocked me. Do not buy from these people.

I dont see any reason the give bad comment in anyway.

I ordered 4 swords, as Gifts and one for myself.
It took 1-2 weeks and cost a good amount of shipping, you can track it and that might be because it comes from china.

The swords are kinda big and made of metal, the quality is not special but neither is it bad, everything works as exepted, and they look cool and feel smooth.

I can see that somethink may break on the way because its not sealed very good and its not the best package, but i cant see anyway theres getting real problems w it.

I can recommend to buy the item since its not that expensive and you kinda get what you expect.

These people are so dumb. Missed out half my address, which given the courier is Hermes (the worse courier service in existence), has no chance of reaching me without the building number. Won't send out another to the correct address but tell me to 'rest assured' and it will arrive in a few days. Yeah USA to UK of course it will. Not. Terrible service. How hard is it to copy an address????!!!! Bang goes my son's Xmas presents. Thanks for that morons.

ordered on 22 June 2023 still haven’t received anything, its a scam.

Ordered a decayed master sword from katana kult, expecting keychain size with a quick release. What I recieved was an 8 inch decor item in a regular buttoned sheath. The item is nice but not nearly worth the outrageous shipping cost let alone the 24 dollar price tag. In my opinion this company has immensely falsely advertised their product. I would return, but they expect you to pay return shipping which would equal the cost of the item and they do not respond. They also do not allow for posted reviews on their site. So any review you see on it is absolutely fake.

Group of scammers. Never buy anything from them. Their support is not even responding. They respond once that the management has to decide, if they will send me my money back. I never received anything. Product or money. I believe that your parents has to be proud that they gave born to people like you. People who just breathing our oxygen, but have no value for the world.

Scammers. Never received any product, they are even lying about my rights to cancel the order. Please, do not send them any money. This is just a scam.

I was a little scared to order from this company after seeing all those negative reviews, but in the end it turned out pretty well. The package arrived in time and I received all the items I've ordered. None of them is damaged and they look absolutely amazing, almost exact same as in the photos on the site. The mechanism works well and didn't break even after trying it few times in a row, I don't know if it will work long-term though. The only issue I had with one of the katanas by now is that the guard was a little loose, but it's not a big deal.
Overall, great product and worth giving it a try.

Ordered 3 of Zorro’s sword, thought that

The idea of the product is really, really cool, and the delivery was quite fast, taking the distance into account.
However.. there are multiple errors on the painting of the exterior, the locking mechanism is barely working which kinda destroys the purpose of the product, and the overall smoothness is not at all as present as it is in the ads. Cool idea, but poor execution.

I just had a product in my cart, did not even created an account, just filled the form to check for delivery fees (refused all cookies, did not agree to anything).
3 days later I received a total of around 10 emails, begging me to come back, with cupons and so on...
This is so pitiful, avoid it.

Package arrived, 5 days later and a little bit scratched, overall good quality

Ordered on 7th June, gave it a few days as it says 7-10 days processing.

Contacted again 17th June with the response that they did not know where the item was, contacted again on the 22nd of June with no response.

It seems like they're just money grabbers and once you place the order, they couldn't care less.

I'm trying to get my money back via paypal but it seems Katanakult is only offering the item money back and not the shipping, but I don't understand why they are deducting anything since I never received the shipment!!

Bought 2 katanas from them, took about a month to arrive and I'm in the UK but I didn't mind waiting. First item (Sam's sword from MGR) was slightly bent but was able to correct it myself with some force, release button doesn't work at all. Second item (Attack on titan sword) both the sword and the sheaf were bent, the sheaf to the point in which it doesn't even sit on the stand properly and would be impossible to use with the blade if I tried, I'm surprised they even shipped it like this, and would be amazed if it happened in transit as the sheath is very dense and would take a lot to bend. Tried contacting them through email and via their socials about a replacement so i can at least display the latter, still waiting on a response, that was two weeks ago. Cool items and concept but pray you get a good batch if you do order.
