I had got a large weightlifting belt and I lost a lot of weight. I had purchased a belt well over a year ago but only had a chance to use it a handful of times. I emailed customer service on a whim to see if they would be willing to replace it for a medium size due to my belt, being basically brand new. Not only did they make an exception, they were super easy to work with, immediately when they receive my belt, they sent me out the correct size as a replacement and all I had to pay was the shipping! They had top-tier customer service and this is another reason why I love their company as well as their products. I’m so excited!

Got The wrong size, and was unsure if I could exchange it because it was on sale but Harvey helped me go through the process easily and shipped out my new lifting belt the day after.

Phenomenal customer service! I swapped my belt for a smaller size with no issue. They also threw in a pair of wrist wraps and straps!

I ordered the Fall of Rome strength kit for my son. He was initially between on the knee sleeves so we went up and they ended up being big. I reached out to see if I could exchange just those and they were incredibly accommodating! Excellent customer service all around. Will be sticking with them when we need more gym accessories!
The equipment is also top notch. The lifting belt is excellent quality as is everything else.

They have great products but most of all their customer support is top notch! I needed a size smaller on my lever belt and I contacted customer service at 1:10AM and got a response back at 1:21AM! If that ain’t top notch customer service I don’t know what is! Harvey responded quick and got me squared away on getting the right size! Thank you Harvey for the excellent service/support!

Great Product everything just feels more secure for example my wrist straps I had a gym reaper pair which weren’t bad at all but Katamu truly has quality my wrist feel so secure and my knee sleeves even better.
