Polite, efficient and thoroughly professional
The service was polite, efficient and thoroughly professional. I needed a PCR test for next-day travel to Japan, which has its own peculiar rules, and they knew right away exactly what was needed. The entire process took no more than 10 minutes, and I received my results that evening. I can't praise them enough.

PCR Test Heathrow
Booked my PCR test with Katalyst Health whilst on my train journey to London in advance of a business journey to Angola the next day. Arrived at 18.20 and had my results emailed and certificate issued before 21.00 hrs by a very friendly, helpful and professional clinical team at the Marriott hotel Heathrow. Customer support was also first class, immediately responding to my request for a duplicate receipt when I contacted them a few weeks later. Great work team, thank you.
