I order 2pairs of sliders on 4th July and not received them how ,long does it take to get them

Do not order from this company...the took my money and never sent the goods it's a scam

I can't understand how this company is allowed to advertise and take money from people. I ordered a pair of sandals 2 weeks ago ,I immediately received the response thank you for your order,the payment of 19.99 has been taken from my account and now nothing and no response to the emails I send .How can you justify recommending this obviously fraudulent company? You regularly ask me for feedback because I shop a lot on line but I am sorry I have lost all respect for you and your support for on line shoppers.

Zero stars if possible. Ordered some flip-flop sandals and they’ve never arrived. Luckily only £19.99 but definitely been scammed. They sent me an email thanking me for my order but that’s it. Suspicious after sending emails and been told it was invalid. I’ll have to contact my bank as paid via card. I usually do Apple Pay now

I ordered shoes and they sent me the wrong size. Have sent email and online contact form but still no response. If I had known I would not have ordered from them.

This company needs closing down. I ordered some wegde flip flops . Quick to take your money but goods never even shown. Tried contacting them several times but no one replied . Disgusting

Ordered a handbag from January and nothing arrived, contacted them via email but useless and I was scammed by £60. Let that be a lesson for me to never trust this sites

Ordered a sweater in December 2024. Paid for it via PayPal. Never received it. Contacted them. They said to check the order number which proved to be useless. After waiting 3 months I contacted PayPal and received reimbursement within a few days. PayPal were brilliant.

Wish I had seen the reviews before I orderd my bag. Orderd on 24th Feb, I've sent 3 emails, no response. Hope karma gets them

I ordered mocha bag on 25.02.25 today is 11.03.25 they dont respond to my emails, ignoring me, also no update on delivery and after reading some reviews doubting I’ll receive it. Gross company and service

After placing an order with you on 1st February, you have failed to deliver the order within a reasonable time, resulting in a breach of the UK's Consumer Rights Act 2015.

I have made ten attempts to contact you and resolve this issue. My order number is 1091.

Please reply to my emails immediately with a timeframe of when you will deliver the item without further undue delay.

If I do not receive an update within 24 hours, I will be reporting you to Trading Standards, as your continued breach of the Consumer Rights Act is breaking the law.

Ordered on 27/12/2024 marked as order received,payment taken,No despatch or tracking,contacted several times,no reply,my advice stay well clear obviously a dubious front for a bunch of cowboys.

How daft or naive have you got to be to expect a genuine Boss item for £39? My jumper arrived in a reasonable amount of time, good quality snide, happy days.

I wished I had read the reviews, jumper arrived today absolutely shocking no response from the seller when emailed, how can they get away with day light robbery I'm shocked I paid through PayPal thinking that would cover me in instances like this live and learn update received refund through PayPal

Would have given 0 stars if possible! Looks like I’m the latest victim of falling for what seemed like a genuine Hugo Boss sweater in the sale. As soon as I received it with no washing label, no tags and most importantly Hugo Boss stitched underneath the BOSS logo, I knew I’d been ripped off. Contacted them for a refund but so far the only response I get is - we can’t give you a date but you’ll get your refund. No return address or instructions. Having to try and get a refund via my bank!

0 stars would be more appropriate. Fake rubbish with glued in logo. I'm old enough to know better and should have read the reviews before ordering .Get no response from company email. Finally get mail as ordered two, only received one (thankfully) promised refund for 1, still waiting. Now raised it with CC company as fraudulent transaction. I'll know better in future. AVOID AT ALL COST. RIP OFF CHINESE CRAP

Total waste of money , 100 % fake , looks like im the latest victim of this fraudulent company . Seeking my money back through PayPal. Beware do not use this company
