While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Awful support

Just awful - zero support! 101 of how not to treat customers....
I have bought a lot of Kask and Koo products over the years and won't be buying another one.

Product Designer should be Fired?

Kask's KOO Supernova Glasses could be pretty good if Kask would have invested into a skill product designer. The glasses (Zeiss) are almost perfect but the nose pad is a no go. It is supposed to be exchangeable but please never try it because you will be able to take the nose pad off but you will never get it on again. It is simply impossible to replace the nose pads.

Same experience as below

Same experience as below. I ordered a Sahara helmet, it didn't fit and then realized that I had to pay €25(!) for a return. Customer service tell customers that they expect us to read the whole Terms and Conditions before buying. I find that unacceptable and a joke, and I think I prefer to never buy here again instead. Unserious company.
