Looong waiting time - Delivery service to germany

Hi there,

I have purchased a 3 pair of glasses with you 10 days ago. For Xmas presents, but unfortunately these prodcut still not arrivign to my place.

In your website you clearly mention that the orders in Germany will take a maximum of 4 days. Well... now I'm waiting more that the double of the time that you promise in your webiste, but even worse, even without any feedback about the status of the delivery. Also, If I click the tracking number, this show me the same massage ( "In transit" ) more than a week ago.

Definitely, such a bad service Karun team.
