SCAM! I lost 300€ for Surging Sparks displays that never existed. First, they said it is delayed, further delayed etc. When you finally decide to want your money back, you don't get any reply from them anymore.
They have super offers in their shop that are just pricy enough so that you hope they are real. But they are not. Absolute SCAM!!!
Ive paid a few months ago 970 euro for a Journey Together pre order, after a few months i recieved no responses on whatsapp , after mailing without i tried insta DM but they just ingnore you and block you. This company is a SCAM! They just take your money and leave you without product.
I was initially uncertain about the legitimacy of the store due to a number of negative reviews. However, many of these reviews appeared to focus on highly popular sets, such as Prismatic Evolution, which experienced widespread shortages across many retailers.
I placed an order on May 15th but later decided to cancel it. The store owner was courteous and promptly issued a full refund after a week. This experience gave me confidence in the store’s reliability to refund a customer when they need it.
Keep note that experiences are case by case. In my case everything turned out well.
