A first class experience
This is the second time we have visited the Karndean Showroom, and both times have been equally impressive. If you have made an appointment (we had), you are greeted at reception by the person you are due to meet (in our case Vicky)
Having given a brief description of our requirements over the phone when booking our appointment, Vicky had already laid out some samples that matched those requirements. She then explained all the options available to us, with nothing being too much trouble as we asked several questions. Samples were provided along with discussions around colour options etc.
Having come to some decisions, Vicky then moved onto next steps and how the ordering process will work. She confirmed that if we wanted she could contact our local retailer who would then come out and measure up and take us through the ordering process.
All in all the visit was very relaxed, extremely professional and gave us everything we needed to make our decisions

What a fabulous display centre with expert staff on hand to talk you through all of the options! Kaitlin spent 1.5 hours with us during our appointment. Nothing was too much trouble! We came away with samples and so much knowledge that we didn't even know that we needed! The AI visualiser representations of our rooms were a great help. Thank you, Kaitlin! We have now ordered our preferred colour of Karndean LVT.

Personalised service. Great guidance and advice. Timely fitting and great customer service. We have this flooring in six areas of our house and it still looks as good as new. Hard wearing and easy to keep clean and hygiene. We also had it fitted in our lounge which always felt cold. Since fitting karndean the room is so much warmer and cosier. Great product and after sales service would highly recommend recommend this supplier and the product.

Karndean has the best choice of LVT
Fairly good website. Excellent choice of LVT although sadly not many stockists of the full range in Bristol so it was good to be able to order 6 free samples which were delivered very quickly. However, as I am doing the flooring in 4 rooms I would have liked to order more than 6.

Help and advice choosing the right product
The sales rep was very informative in both the style and layout formats. We spent some time trying to work out our best option and the young girl was very patient and was able to help us out with samples as well. Ultimately I believe we have now chosen the type of flooring we need its now just the style and layout format to work on.

Amazing showroom and customer service.
Called in to the showroom on our way back home. Totally random, no appointment made so had no great expectations.
What a fantastic experience we had. The showroom is magnificent and showcases the beauty of Karndean flooring.
