Excellent personal advice
It was disappointing that the renovation of the customer showroom in Evesham has not yet been finished - we couldn’t even find the entrance until a member of staff came out to the car park to direct us. However, the help we received from Kiya Haines saved the day. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, patiently listening to our feedback as she pulled out different samples in order to derive which features were most important to us - not just colour, but also surface texture and shape. We left with a couple of large samples and it looks very likely we’ll settle on one of these for our new flooring.

SUPER EFFICIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE
The consultant greeted us as we walked in and explained the layout and asked what we were looking for. She then left us alone to peruse. Once we had chosen a few designs she then helped us to narrow them down and was most helpful. Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly young lady.
