Great Service! Ordered a custom tv unit was delayed 2 days but happy with the final result

Received broken TV unit, all parts are broken, asked them to remove it completely as it's absolutely poor quality. Please avoid ordering anything from this company.

Do not buy from them. I reported an issue with my lounge set fabric it has been 4 months since I reported it and I get the same excuse they will get back to me and they haven’t

Just an awful experience dealing with these people. Bought an item, delivery date was never confirmed, agent told me it was out of stock, and they didn’t even process a refund,

I’ve called this place 20 times and it’s just painful.

Makes sense that they disabled reviews on all other platforms.

First I had to wait 3 weeks for the sofa to be delivered. After repeatedly corresponding with Karnak, it eventually came. The sofa was assembled, it didn't work and started falling apart. Repeatedly in contact with Karnak again, they PROMISED a replacement but then they came to "fix" the sofa and caused more damage to it. Again reported to Karnak and they promised a brand new sofa after removing it. Another month went by and still no new sofa. Eventually they came with the exact same sofa as what I had with the same damage after I was promised a brand new one. Again reported this and the sofa was taken. Another month went by and full of excuses why I still didn't receive the new sofa. When requested a refund, Karnak wanted more time. Lies upon lies from Karnak. Don't even use them.

The wheel on the office chair I purchased has broken; the chair is four months old. I emailed to see if they could assist with fixing or provide a replacement. Their response was that they suggest I find a local repair service! Worst customer service and a terrible product that breaks easily.
