We had originally booked with another company to transport our car back to Illinois from Arizona. They botched up big time when they scheduled our car pickup for 3 days after the date we were flying home!! (they knew our flight date too)
So….That definitely could not work!!
I called Karma and Bobby told me ‘no problem’ and Lee, his driver, picked up the car on Friday and it was delivered at noon on Tuesday!! AMAZING!! PLUS, Lee called me while on the road to update me on his progress and arrival time!! No other company has ever done that before!!
OUTSTANDING customer service!!!
Therefore, this has made me a customer for life as we travel back and forth every year!!
