I got this dress in a store so I did not experience the problems others are having but the zipper on my dress is terrible. It doesn’t help that the seams are extremely bulky. I clipped the seams where the bulk was at the waist then I soaped the zipper. That didn’t help much so I also tacked down the zipper. I was able to zip it but I needed assistance from another person. Bad design for the seams in the first place and a bad quality zipper but the dress fabric feels very high quality so I’m a little confused. Anyone else have this issue?

My item arrived and was defective. They wanted pictures which i promptly sent. They refuse to refund my money or pay for shipping back to their warehouse. The item was sent from a US address and despite the fact my $93 dress was defective and falling apart they will NOT refund my money and want me to pay to ship to China. Additionally they keep offering $13 and 15% off my next order. SCAM, FRADULENT and item was HORRIBLE QUALITY. STAY AWAY - I have over 100 emails with them and have gotten nowhere!

Beware. SCAM. My dress was supposed to arrive within 9 business days, but it never arrived. I also didn't get a refund.

Total scam. Ordered 2 items, nothing came, followed up repeatedly, finally a plastic bag with just one chinese plastic jumpsuit that did not match either items I ordered... just left in my garden. PayPal won't help.

Seller is an Australian and is willfully robbing people and getting away with it.

I’ve never written a negative review in my entire life but I made it a point to write this one, ordered 3 dresses over a month ago and nothing! I WISHHH I checked this site before ordering :( I feel like I wasted my money! What a shame! Hope these guys get busted for what they’re doing!

Terrible. The clothes do not fit. Took 9 weeks to get my order when the website said 1 week. Can not get in touch with any reps. Will not accept a return for any reason

Shipping took more than 8 weeks only to receive very poor quality fabrics not as pictured at all... feels like cheap pajamas does not fit well at all. Do not waste your money.

Stay away can’t believe how bad the clothes are I ordered. Nothing like what was being advertised. Cheap , tacky horrible quality. I wish I’d read the reviews first. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I received this poor quality outfit 2 and a half months after I purchased it. They offered me $5 to keep it or pay $60 to return it. Cheap clothing, bad customer service.

I really wish I had read some reviews before trying this website the clothing is awful very poor fabrics nothing like the pictures they dont' accept returns even if the size is wrong. I paid for rushed shipping and it took a month a a half. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!

What a scam. Their clothing is extremely cheaply made and if you need to return an item, good luck getting anyone to respond to you. And if they do respond, they won't refund you. They offer you a $5 credit. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

I am simply trying to return an item. It is too small, does not stretch much. They are being ridiculous and not allowing a return despite their return policy being available. Telling me to give it to a friend and they will give me $5 off another purchase. BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Quality is not the best. Not stretchy or soft and color deviates slightly from the picture.

This was a zero no star horrible scam ever. They have a chart and I went up a size and the top of the dress was smaller on one side ! They offered me $5 dollars and keep the dress and 20 % off next order wow just crazy!

TERRIBLE. If I could leave zero starts I would.
Followed the size chart and upsized "just in case" (L to XL) Couldn't get the dress over my hips, and the chest area on this wrap dress would probably fit a DDD.

Contacted company, was offered exchange. Said no. Was then offered $7 total, said no. Now given an international address for return (return shipping 4x that of original costs.)

Prior to purchase, I had reviewed return policy, and shipping pages. No mention of store credit, or 20% refund, nor did it mention international shipping. Please note, package is shipping from New Jersey, USA. I contacted company for domestic address for return...no response.

Filed complaint with my Credit Card company (which was payment form under PayPal).

Awaiting further resolution.

Karlee dress has terrible customer service. It took forever to come and some of the items were missing. The sizes were too small and when I read their return policy it says they do not accept returns for wrong size made by personal choice only defective items.

No stars would be my preference. Item arrived, it was not as described nor was the sizing even remotely close. Sent multiple requests to return purchase, no answer.Thankfully, PayPal refunded my money and I put the items in the trash.

Terrible service!!!! Jeans didn't fit so told to return them to CHINA!!! Refunded 1/3 of what I paid after I complained. I will never support this company again!

Wish you had a ZERO star option. I requested my order to be cancelled before shipment after seeing reviews, but my request was ignored. When the shipment was finally received, the items were not the item I viewed online and ordered! I requested return information and received an email that returns are too troublesome and to please accept a 20% discount refund. I again asked for refund info and full refund, but received no reply since. Scam business, do not purchase from this website!

Never received the product I ordered. Reached out to Karladress, crickets. NO RESPONSE !!!! Not a reputable company.

This delivery took months, and quality received of items was horrible. Printed instead of embroidered goods, skew’d sizes, unsewn garment ends and terrible quality fabrics.
