Once again Karis capital pulled it out of the bag for me, i cannot fault this company and more importantly cannot fault Luke and Hayden, they are the dynamic duo and i feel extremely lucky i was introduced to Luke in 2025.
Its another 5 star review from me, thank you all so much yet again.

After over a year of trying to get our mortgage, we reached out to Franco at Karis Capital as a last attempt. From the first call it felt like they would fight for us, and they did just that. They got our mortgage quickly and it was a brilliant process. I couldn’t recommend them more. I am extremely grateful to them.

Wow! Where do I even start? I had an offer accepted on the 5th Jan and now I’m in my house as of 31st March. Francesco was absolutely brilliant. From answering questions whenever we needed them, to going above and beyond at all times to meet our needs, reassuring us in times of stress and most importantly, getting things done quickly and efficiently. i’ve been in the market for many years, but I haven’t seen something like that for a long time. These guys knows what they’re doing. I’m not just highly recommending them it to appreciate the speed of work and to tell you guys you won’t find people like them I promise you with these guys you can do remortgage in and out in a couple of weeks time believe it or not, they answering you after hours of work they lead you hand-in-hand throughout the whole process and you know what you won’t find service like that. These guys are brilliant.

I’ve worked with Karis Capital several times now, and I’ve personally worked with Paul on many occasions, including arranging a bridge for me. Every experience has been first class.
The bridging process can be intense, especially when timelines are tight, but Paul handled everything quickly and calmly from start to finish. Things moved fast — much faster than I expected — and that made a huge difference. He kept me updated throughout, explained everything clearly, and was always at the end of the phone when I needed him. It never felt complicated or overwhelming because he stayed on top of it the whole way through.
