Mobile browser login page has been throwing script errors for the past week. Cannot log in without switching to desktop. Reported this multiple times. Support keeps blaming my browser even though it works on other sites just fine.
Was mid clearing a promo bonus when the promotion itself was removed from the site. My bonus balance became untouchable, could not wager it, could not forfeit it. Frozen for weeks.
Game weighting for wagering is nowhere to be found on the site or the terms pages.
Made a deposit that was pure cash, no bonus attached. Went to withdraw the winnings from it, was told the balance was locked because a previous bonus had unfinished wagering. Cash should be treated separately. Rules make no sense.
