I wrote from Italy to online and found excellent, direct assistance. They were friendly and quick to find a solution to my problem with an accessory. I also highlight the various Kare products that decorate my home; they are very good quality and beautiful.

Watch out for the fake sites! The are fake sites for almost every country but looks real. The dutch site KARE-nl.com is a Scam site.

What fabulous service received from KARE, needed just one light globe for my light fitting due to breakage, they found one for me and sent it free of cost - Thank you!!!!

I ordered two Kare Design shoe cabinets from a well-known retailer. They arrived with some parts were missing, and the retailer was unable to provide them. Kare Design's customer services were very helpful in getting them to me. The cabinets themselves are beautiful and well made - the carpenter who hung them for me said that they are really good quality. Very happy.

KARE not only has great design products, they also have an awesome customer service. I had an issue (a friend damaged the mirror of our couch table) and I reached out hoping that someone would help me. I was positively surprised by their CARE, an employee took my problem in hands and solved it in a matter of a couple of days. For sure, this is a rare example of fantastic reactivity. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

There was a small mark on our sofa when it arrived which we mentioned at the time but did not expect anything from it. The team contacted us a few days later offering a solution to replace or partially refund which was amazing. Above and beyond service!!

I had bought their product from a reseller - wherein a couple of bulbs came in damaged (they were glass so they possibly broke during shipping). Kare Design customer service team was kind enough to issue me two new spareparts at no additional cost - even though I had not directly purchased with them. All it took was explaining the situation to them via an email.

Bought a couch there. Delivery seemed to take some time, after getting in touch with one of the friendly service team members she organized everything.

I bought a big furniture in Kare Italy.

They called me today to tell me they will leave the furniture in the ground floor and it is my responsibility ti bring it upstairs. What a joke. 800 Euro and worse service than Ikea.

The delivery was within the defined timeframe, although I wish it had been a bit faster. Very happy with the armchair, looks just like it did in the pictures, and is comfortable and seems to be of good quality. Last but not least, the delivery guys (Some special contract with Kare24 maybe? Or Kare24 itself? Anyhow not normal postal service company I think) were very kind and helped us carry it because only one of us were at home, despite it not being in the deal.

I purchased a couch and a dining table on the 28th of August and a set of chairs on the 1st of Sept. While I was informed early on about the long delivery time for the couch, I was however informed that the dining table and chairs will be delivered with two weeks. As of today, on the 5th of October, after multiple follow ups, none of the furniture has been delivered to date, nor has there been any effort to set up a delivery appointment.

Ordered a lamp online and it already arrived 3 days after! The light is amazing and makes my living room so cozy! I can highly recommend to order at Kare online :)

We purchased two occasional tables from Kare, cabo roig. We had an issue with the 2nd table, so Harry helped to resolve our issue, quickly and efficiently. I cannot praise Harry highly enough for his great customer service and friendly attitude. Would highly recommend purchasing from this store

I m surpised. Got the best customer service. Ordered a miror who's been damage during the delivery. They sent me a new one immediately. I will definitely buy more Kare products.

Do you want to return a product smoothly and expect to get your refund back on time?
Easy answer: Will not happen.

Phone line is almost never open, and contact per email is barely possible. And even if you get an answer, it’s completely useless.

Kare Collector Coffee Table. Concept is great. Execution is poor. The wine section underneath is too low for a wine bottle (very disappointing for a "wine cellar" table. The top of the table is chipped left and right, poor finish. What a pity because it looks great but does not deliver what it promises.

Absolutely fake company , I didn’t get my table 600€ and it seems they don’t have the intention to send me the order or give me back the money. I don’t know how this can be possible in Germany.

Ordered a sideboard of the Muskat type from this brand (via another reseller in Switzerland). The sideboard arrived heavily damaged (a cracked side as well as a completely broken corner with a nail standing out). Clearly this was no transport damage as the packaging was fine and the nature of the damages was very unlikely coming from transport.
KARE should analyse their production processes, this is nearly a scam towards the reseller, as the product was likely broken when it was packaged already.

It is a huge waste (the sideboard will be taken back and scrapped) and lost time for all parties involved.
