If I could give Karaters more than 5 stars I would! Buying such a beautiful piece of jewelry online can be extremely nerve wrecking, but working with Christine was the absolute best experience I could ask for! She helped me design the custom ring of my dreams and I could not be happier. Her communication was excellent and she was quick to assure me I was going to love the collab and she was right. My ring is so stunning and the compliments have been endless. Do not hesitate to buy from Karaters, and if you have the opportunity to work with Christine you will not regret it!!

Karaters' online reviews were among the best, but I had not yet made a decision. Then I got a phone call from Jessica and I knew she was someone I wanted to work with. She personally handled my order from start to dazzling finish. I would recommend my experience to anyone who wants a gorgeous custom piece for exactly the right price.

I had an amazing experience with Joe at Karaters. He made me custom 2 amazing rings. One with xoxo with lab diamonds and one where I had old sapphires that were not being used and he made me beautiful ring.

1000 stars is what I would give Joe with Karaters !!!!! I worked with Joe and a young lady on an offer for about a month getting exactly what I wanted in a eternity band and they were gracious enough to help me out even further when the first band came in and it didn’t fit right so I sent it back and they sent me out a brand new one within days and it’s absolutely perfect. Absolutely gorgeous and I love love love it!The diamonds are stunning and I have already gotten two friends to purchase from KARATERS after seeing my ring. Why anyone would ever pay for a mined diamond when you can get a lab created diamond (which is a REAL What’s that diamond!!!!) for so much less money and the exact same beauty is beyond me!
I will absolutely be making the rest of my diamond purchases through Karaters and will recommend them to anybody and everyone who sees my jewelry!!!

This ring is everything I ever dreamed of in an engagement ring. We purchased it to celebrate the 20th anniversary of my husband's proposal, and it couldn’t be more perfect. It’s absolutely stunning—though I did have to get used to how large the 2.10-carat stone looks compared to my original, more modest ring. That said, the sparkle and elegance are breathtaking. Quality and customer service are top notch. They also have the best prices for the quality of lab grown diamonds you are getting. I purchased an 8 ct and a 5 ct tennis bracelet and could not be happier. I needed it resized half an inch and the process was smooth and simple. Karater’s provides a very personal, seamless, non-intrusive customer experience and I spent about 50% less than I budgeted.

When spending this kind of money, especially for an important occasion like getting engaged, I have to be well-educated on my purchase to ensure the highest value for the money spent.

I started my research in local jewelers and national chains, but I never felt like I could truly trust any of them. The issue with locals is stability - you never know if they’ll survive and be there when you need them. The large chain stores either don't have any idea what they’re selling or you're exposed to high pressure sales people and act like car dealers.

So I moved to online retailers and believe me, there are a lot of diamond sites such as Blue Nile, Rare Carat, ... but I found there was a lot of cost disparity between them and I couldn't figure out why.

Then I stumbled over Karater’s - better quality diamonds for a great price and their reviews were consistently very good. Lucky for me, they have an office in Miami and they shipped the diamond and I set up an appointment. After viewing the diamond we asked if they could mount and size it. And since I saved so much money, I bought a diamond wedding band to go with the it. We needed the rings quickly since we were leaving town and they delivered both rings three days later - amazing! Thanks to Jessica for her patience and great customer service!

Upon receiving it I noticed there were some significant issues with a vanki diamond ring in platinum that I'd ordered, but after making this known, Karaters reps reached out and offered to remake the ring properly and refund a partial discount, which I accepted. So while I'm not happy about the initial stress and time wasted, their customer service was top-notch and much appreciated!

The quality of their jewelry is absolutely stunning, and their customer service made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. I love that they offer gorgeous, lab-grown diamonds without compromising on style or sparkle. I couldn’t be happier with my ring — it’s even more beautiful in person! Today I received my necklace in the mail. Joseph was so kind and went out of his way to make my first experience with a graduated diamond tennis necklace the best experience ever. I want to first state that I am a legitimate customer of Karaters and not some planter review like some have speculated of others.

I will be honest that upfront I was very skeptical of Karaters, given the lack of other reviews and exposure online. Though everything was handled very professionally and seamlessly, my skepticism still remained till I fully received the product (10ctw 20” White Gold Tennis Chain).

I communicated back and fourth with the Karaters team (Jessica and Christine) after my purchase and was supplied with all the information that I was asked, along with some education on top of it.. they’re very knowledgeable. There was a small mistake where a label was created with 2 day shipping when the item included overnight shipping to which I contacted the team again and a new label was created within minutes of my email along with an apology.

Now as for the product itself, I’m very happy with it. It truly is as advertised and the diamonds shine very well in the light. Also upon arrival, as promised, the piece came with a Certificate of Appraisal which made it very easy for me to setup and VPP insurance policy for the item as it is a daily wear piece for me.. this was vital.

I will be a returning customer and I am beyond happy with the product and service. If you’re skeptical of Karaters, I hope this review assured you they are to be trusted as I was looking for a recent review of this sort as well.

Really happy with my recent experience with Karaters. I don’t live near a store but Joe was happy to find me the right size bracelet after the first one was bigger than I wanted. I was nervous to make this purchase remotely, but bracelet looks great and communications were also great and fast!
