Food processor broke within 6 months
I recently purchased a few items from Karaca and had a mixed experience overall.
On the positive side, I was really pleased with the cutlery sets. They look elegant, feel high quality, and have held up well with regular use. I’ve received quite a few compliments from guests when hosting.
Unfortunately, my experience with the food processor was disappointing. After only about six months of use, it suddenly stopped working without any clear reason. For a product like this, I expected it to last much longer.
I also found the returns and support process quite frustrating. The information on the website is confusing and difficult to navigate, and when I tried to use the app, the link for reporting broken parts didn’t work at all. This made resolving the issue much more time-consuming than it should have been.
Overall, while the cutlery met my expectations, the issues with the food processor and the lack of a clear, functional returns process were disappointing.
