Kaplan's Bar Prep - February 2026. Kaplan's library of MEEs and MPTs is extensive and a great resource. Their library of multiple choice questions was also very helpful and I felt they were similar to NCBE questions. The sample answers and explanatory answers were also very clear and helpful (most of the time).
However, the course is fairly outdated - meaning that you cannot highlight any of the text whether in MBE, MPT, or MEEs. You cannot save or make flashcards from the platform, like inside of an MBE question. The review videos are merely a lecturer reading/reviewing an outline. This does not really cater to my learning style, as I would prefer more interactive examples, animations, more visual queues to help with memorization.
I did find their calendar helpful and I felt like they did not give me too much to do each day. However, I required more practice than what is recommended. Overall, I am grateful for their resources but I do think that the platform could be updated.

My experience was good. Kaplan trains me to face hard questions, it boosted my confidence.
However, some reviews/Topic remediations are copied and pasted from Chart ai which makes it difficult to look for a particular answer when there is a lot of information.
Remediations need to be customized to a particular question and thoroughly explained.
Otherwise I owe my success to the resource. Thank you.

Kaplan Test Prep is a very beneficial site for students preparing for the SAT. It helped me overcome my test anxiety and taught me how to manage my time more effectively during the test.

All material was well and thoroughly explained by many amazing teachers. The course was structured perfectly and was accessible to all learning strategies

The reviews are great. Some of the on-boarding organization can be better but the profs are great and the review is really helpful. I've done it on person and I've done it online and both are amazing courses

Extremely disappointing experience with Kaplan SAT tutoring.
Our tutor abruptly changed the schedule just days before my daughter’s SAT, then suggested a 30‑minute session — something that offers no academic value and felt more like an attempt to burn through prepaid hours than to support her success. This showed a real lack of professionalism and reliability.
Kaplan advertises itself as a top-tier test prep company, but the service didn’t match the marketing. Customer support was equally frustrating: multiple layers of representatives, no one empowered to fix anything, and constant “someone will call you back in 24–48 hours” delays — completely unacceptable when time-sensitive SAT prep is involved.
For $125 per hour, I expected far better communication, consistency, and student-focused support.
Based on this experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere for SAT tutoring.

I ordered the self paced ACT test prep for my son. He would work on it on the weekends. Before he started using the Prep he scored a 16. His final score was a 23!!!! Well worth the money.

Wasn’t confident for my NCLEX preparation. KAPLAN taught me several ways to read and look around the questions, and answer with confidence. THANK YOU, KAPLAN!

The QBank really helped in demonstrating similar clinical presentations for different conditions, while establishing a cardinal feature to discriminate and diagnose the condition. There were also a variety of different diseases and traits that were being tested, which really aided in accumulating knowledge. The question style was very similar to how the questions are written on the NBME's, which really helped in preparing for that, by giving just the right amount of general features to build uncertainty, but providing you with distinctive features to build confidence in solving these problems.

I completed the course outline and certain I’ll pass the exams in my first sitting as the course is structured to make you learn and specific to the bar outline so there’re no unnecessary materials.

Classes were helpful, and classes were made engaging! I was taught many things that weren’t taught to me before, and it helped in me gaining some confidence in tackling my NCLEX-RN in April.

If there was a way to leave a negative stars review, I would....I'm a licensed contractor in MN, and I've used them before, had no issues. This time, I paid for what was advertised as a 7.5 hour class.... After 5 1/2 hours I'll never get back, listening to an instructor named Barry who was supposedly a contractor, but doesn't know anything about construction, and is probably the most idiotic, but yet condescending person ever to teach a class, the class ended with just under 2 hours left on the timer. So, per the instructional video, I rewatched parts of the class, but the timer is stuck. Today, I called customer service, to see if this problem could be fixed... The first couple reps were polite and professional, but for whatever reason, when I was on hold the 3rd time, the connection was severed. So, I called back. Got another rep that was rude, argumentative, said "I did the class too fast" (that's not possible, no way to skip) and argued that the timer was working properly despite being told by the other 2 previous reps that it was stuck. Needless to say, demanded my money back, even though I've wasted 5.5 hours of my life on this class, I'd rather jam sharpened pencils in my ears than listen to Instructor Barry utter one more flipping word. I've been a contractor for 15 years, i do continuing ed every year, and this is BY FAR, the worst experience I've ever had.

Great teachers and some amazing class discussions that helped a lot. The amount of homework was perfect not too much not to little. The extra resources were also an amazing addition to the class. Afterwards, my confidence while taking the SAT was greatly boosted.
