The book test questions had a mistake. I reached out and received a corrected set of questions, but when I went to input my test answers online, there was a question on from my test missing and a different question in its place.

Very practical and useful information for my professional of real estate. Thanks for the help Kaplan. The study does go well beyond the 4 hour course, would say at least 8 hours.

Elective and General core CE should not require passing quizzes in the course in order to obtain certificates for the class for self paced. It is not required in person and zoom live, so it should not be required self paced as well.

Kaplan made doing my CE for real estate easy to understand and was able to get my information over to the correct party so that I could renew my license!

I am now in the middle of the online only, no textbook Illinois 6 hour core CE. What a terribly constructed course. I was trying to find something interactive online and was recommended Kaplan. I just read the reviews about how the tests at the end are hard and expect you to remember EVERYTHING from the smallest printed text. This was SO not worth the 100 bucks I paid. very disappointing. You would think that in this day and era courses could be much more engaging than dumping pages upon pages of text with tiny font.
Old book with changes/corrections required. Table of contents not as clear as I would expect. Then when I entered results on line the questions/answers did not correlate. I did however pass and it was reported to DPBR right away. So thank you for that.

Questions are purposely written to be confusing or difficult and in many cases too in depth - i.e. pulling from fine print in units. The course is hard to follow and discern what to focus on for testing. I took this course in 2013 and it was a much better format. For context, I’m historically a good tester , academic and a learner. I’m frustrated and will not recommend Kaplan.

I have used Bob Hogue School of Real Estate for years. It has always been useful and professional. Although, I hope this tradition continues with the new name, I was concerned to find typos on the continue education workbook and on the exam. Possibly just since they may be new in this market but not the most encouring to entrust educational requirements to be reported accurately. Hope it improves to the previous standard

The course was easy to read and study the required materials. Setting up for taking the test was a simple procedure and made the process less stressful
