I am ordered from them twice.
The last time I ordered Mastermind Creation Reformatted R-28 Tyrantron Reissue,
Transformers SDCC Titans Return Primitive Optimus Prime and Generation Toy GT-08B Copter ( Katanna ).
The quality for the Figures are nice. Unique and rare.
If you are a collector you definitely need them too.
The service well packed my Items and delivery has always been prompt.Their customer service has always been very quick and helpful. 
They have a fantastic selection of collectibles.
I am sure I will order from them more times.
Highly recommended, buy with confidence.

You won’t find a group of more caring and honest people than those at Kapow Toys. They are passionate and knowledgable fans of the product themselves which goes a long way to building any customer confidence.

During this COVID-19 crisis their ongoing service to keep product safely shipping to those of us at home has been commendable. It has broken up the days with some toy goodness and brought happiness.

Kapow Toys is often imitated but never bettered.

I am a returning customer and I don't intend to change that! We customers have to remember that there are people behind those mails that we receive and that they are trying to do their best to help us. I have to thank Charlotte for all her efforts and for being patient and kind with me through all that time that I had a problem with my package not being delivered to me. She did far more than what she had to do to help me and now my package is on its way to me again! Be polite to those people that are trying to help us and have no doubt that they WILL help you!

Probably the best all rounder. You may be able to buy cheaper BUT!!! where these guys really get 5 stars is when something goes wrong! They're on it, no problem at all. Been using them for years. Totally recommended.

First time of using Kapow Toys, and it was a pleasure to do business with them. Ordered an item on Sunday, it arrived Wednesday. I used the cheapest delivery option, but it was still a tracked delivery through Royal Mail. Not bad, considering it was only a few pounds. Would happily use again

I've shopped with Kapow Toys for nearly a decade or more I think. Their communication when ordering is very good - emails arrive confirming payments and have your order numbers. Purchases always arrive in brand new cardboard boxes and fairly soon - some orders are sent tracked. Their prices are quite good too when comparing them to rivals I also shop with, In Demand Toys - it depends on who has the best prices when I have a hankering for Transformers in the main. I recall receiving a Siege Skytread (Flywheels) without his large gun and the Kapow Team kindly sent me the missing part for free. I wish they stocked more G.I.JOE items from the 30th and 50th ranges and Mech Fans Toys Mech Planet, Hot Soldiers G1 at affordable prices - something to think about? My most recent purchases have been:

Seige Spinster,
Seige Headmaster Apeface, both of which I still haven't opened from a few months back and just very recently the Earthrise versions of Grapple and Ironworks...I'll open them all up sooner or later I suppose. I think my Girlfriend bought me the Siege Starscream from Kapow at Christmas before the Pandemic and Earthrise Starscream for my birthday in March.

I'd give them 5 stars out of 5 for reputable service.

Kapow toys have been my go to shop for a number of years now whenever I buy Transformers. I’ve never had a bad purchase from them and delivery has always been prompt. They’ve got a great social media presence as well so check them out.

Outstanding company to deal with. Have been buying from these fine folks for 5 or more years. 99.9% of the time a flawless experience from end to end. And on the extremely rare occasion that something went wrong Andy and co were quick to put it right. Only complaint I could make is the ease with which I can empty my wallet on their fine wares. Can’t recommend enough

Top notch when I’ve used them for instant and pre-order purchases. As a collector it’s important to receive items in A1 condition and their packing is spot on👍🏻👍🏻

Kapow toys is always where we head to when my son has a bit of pocket money. Mainly because of their huge selection, knowledge and fast delivery!

I've ordered from Kapow dozens of times over the years and they have always been courteous and considerate, not to mention speedy, with regards to my orders.
As sometimes happens, financial circumstances change and I've had to cancel orders in process, and they have always helped to the best of their ability.

Kapow have always been an excellent seller - I've been buying from them for over a decade and always have had positive experiences. Even in the few instances where there has been a slight mix up with an order, I've always managed to get it sorted out promptly and easily. Would strongly recommend.

I've been shopping with Kapow for years now and never had an issue. Even when I recently purchased something with a part missing they were more than happy to help. Given I had already opened it, I chose to keep it and build a replacement part instead.

I've been using Kapow for years but have never left a review before. In my opinion, they are one of the best e-tailers in the UK for action figures/collectibles. The one time I had an issue with an order (which was largely caused by my own impatience), they were swift to help rectify the issue.

Been using Kapow for a few months now and service has been excellent. Items arrive super quick and very impressed with the packaging ensuring the item boxes don't get damaged. Up to the minute dispatch notifications too, which i like, and their range of toys are one of the best out there.

Kapow has been my go-to retailer for Transformers and other action figures for years. The staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful, whether online or in-person at shows. I couldn't recommend Kapow more.

I have bought from Kapow many times, and my brother has as well as we aim to try and have a combined complete collection of all the masterpiece G1 and Beast Wars releases from Takara and Hasbro (That new Convoy V3 is having to wait though!) Never have they once let us down, never have they not solved any little problem that may have arisen, and I thank them for their support of Auto Assembly over the years and TF Nation now.

Always brilliant, always trying to help and Andy (the owner with his other half, Charlotte) is a damned good chap. Extreme Kudos to Kapow for trying to lighten the mood at the moment and shame on those trying to ruin things for everyone else.
