KC star double billed me for 10 months for the same online account and refused to refund my money.
The login, email, etc was the same.
My promotional rate changed to an exorbitant $45/month and when I went to change it, in May 2024, another account was created with the exact same email and login and they charged me double for 10 months rather than changing the outrageous rate.
That’s bad but when I contacted them about it, they refused to refund the incorrectly billed amount
Didn't let me use my email and said it was invalid even though it was a valid email (not the one I used to write this)
