It’s not possible to clam for a refund

It’s not possible to clam for a refund, when using the AI chat bot gives you steps to clam for a refund however when following those steps there is not a refund section to click on to. The chat bot tells you to do it again and again then eventually says it will connect you to a human, the human will never get in touch. Very good a taking your money, but even better at stopping you from claiming it back!!!!!

If resolved quickly I will inform trustpilot of my experience

Mediocre food

Update: it has now been over 2 weeks and the money has not been returned. Unacceptable.

Mediocre food. On one occasion food for my child was delivered to a different school. Ridiculous! 10 kr fee for money withdrawal is a scandal. Will never use again.

Poor user experience

As a company it is not possible to remove employees when leaving the company. You have to contact support.
This is just one example of one of many missing features and terrible user experience on this platform.
