Move from UK to Poland made easy
I moved from the UK to Poland for work and had some belongings I needed to ship. Arkadiusz is very swift and informative with his responses and answered all my questions. The entire process was uncomplicated and quick.
A driver arrived on the agreed upon day and helped me load my things into his lorry. A week later, I got a message saying that my stuff was to be delivered at my new address in Poland. The driver, a different one than the one in London, didn't help me with my stuff and just unloaded it out of his van, but I managed since I didn't have much.
Nothing was damaged apart from two cheap plastic boxes I had packed things in, but considering the long trip my belongings just had including a reload into a smaller vehicle, I expected it. Main thing for me was that the things inside the boxes were okay, which they were. Even my mugs and glasses.
I'm still waiting for my deposit, but I wholeheartedly recommend Kanguro. I'm so glad I went with them and it made my stressful move so much easier. Worth every penny!

Unprofessional and inconsistent service
I had a disappointing experience with Kanguro Moving Company. I initially requested a high-level quote for a move from London to Athens, Greece. They provided a quote, and when I followed up with detailed information about my items, including their size and weight, I was suddenly told that they “overlooked the destination” and don’t cover Greece.
This was surprising, as Athens was clearly listed as an available destination on their website when I first requested a quote. To confirm, I revisited their site but didn’t proceed further, assuming it wasn’t worth my time since they had already rejected my request. However, shortly after, I received a non-automated email from a different representative, asking why I hadn’t completed my request and requesting specific details so they could provide an offer.
This inconsistency comes across as highly unprofessional. It seems likely that my move was deemed too small for them to bother with, rather than them not covering the destination at all. Instead of being upfront about their criteria, they provided contradictory responses, wasting my time in the process. I wouldn’t trust them with an important move based on this experience.
