Scammers

I ordered from this site over $100 and NEVER received. I contacted them and they told me to be patient because a shortage, this was TWO YEARS AGO and I never received my order or even heard back from them.

Good company turned into a scam

Good company turned into a scam. They send crap and then promise to fix it. Then they don’t. Then they say it’s on the way. And it isn’t. Then they tell you you’re lying and trying to scam them. After you’ve spend over $800 with them. Yeah. I’m working a long term scam. AVOID!!!!!!

TERRIBLE ATROCIOUS LYING customer…

TERRIBLE ATROCIOUS LYING customer service. I had spent almost $1000 over YEARS with this company. Received a garbage batch from them that they ADMITTED was terrible and that they were overwhelmed. Took me 10 months to get HALF of a replacement order.

Has gone down the crapper!

Ordered the 420 special and when received it was brown, dry, stemmy, nasty! Got credit for order so tried again …well same thing it was brown and crap!!! Tryn get refund and not having much luck. Never ordering from company again…will stay with company using now cuz they are awesome! KandyGirl what happened??? Used to be good to go to but it all went to crapper …literally…looked like,smelled like so basically crap …i was told getting refund just now…Thank you and hope Kandy can turn her crap around and green awesome again

This used to be a great company and I'm not sure what happened but all the reviews I've read have been exactly what I'm going through with kandygirl right now. Alina Boyce who identifies as the owner in one of the reviews has basically left me hanging as well, my order was not completely fulfilled I've gone back and forth with Alina Boyce the owner and she won't even respond to any of the messages at this point. My order total was almost $300.00 and I have filed a claim with my bank and have gone to the better business bureau as well. Such a shame to have gone from such a badass company to this. Alina suggests contacting them through the chat on the website but no one will respond to you on that either.

Once a great company, now a blatant scam

Kandy Girl is having issues and isn't reliable anymore. Orders are shipping super late, if at all, and without the correct product or quantity purchased. They do not respond to emails or on their website chat feature.

I'm out over $100 and filed a fraud/scam complaint with the Internet Fraud Division of the FBI. There's lots of people getting ripped off and hopefully they'll be shut down soon.

This Company is Currently in Scam Mode…

I was a faithful subscriber to this edibles company for over a year. No problems. Good products. And then all of a sudden, in June or July of 2023, it finally took a few weeks to ship out products that were charged to my cc acct. Ok, things happen. I get that. But, it happened again in Sept. and they NEVER shipped the product, and it had been charged to my cc! I tried to contact them, to see what the problem was, to get the product shipped. To get a credit. Anything. But no responses, other than BOT replies. The phone app stopped working. And the account login on their website doesn't allow you to make any changes to your account or the subscription. So, again in October I was charged. And no product has shipped. They make some references in their emails, while promoting other items, that they need to raise 15K. Buy some products to help them out. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I'm working with my cc company to get the charges reversed. But as of now, I can't even get Kandy Girl to acknowledge that I want the account closed. It's currently a huge scam as far as I'm concerned.

Zero stars is more accurate

Zero stars is more accurate. I placed an order (subscription box) on august 28th, 4-5 days later there was no update so I emailed asking when it’ll be sent out because my orders from this company before hand were always sent out a day or two after placed. They responded 2-3 days later saying their providers are in Miami and the issue with the hurricane would cause delays, completely understandable. I waited another week and my order was still awaiting fulfillment. Another email sent, no response. Over a month later and another payment from the company taken out of my account from the subscription box and now I have TWO order awaiting fulfillment. STILL NO RESPONSES OR UPDATES. I have probably sent 10 emails and haven’t heard ANYTHING about one order that is a month late and another that has been awaiting for over a week. The customer service is god awful. Spending any money on this company is just throwing it away for nothing in return.
**UPDATE**
It’s currently 11/5 and after multiple emails back and forth and waiting until I got home from vacation, I find out BOTH of my orders are…CANCLED. After receiving false promises stating that I WOULD receive both orders “soon”. I tried emailing again and my they blocked my email lol. At least I got my refund. But literally worst “business” I’ve ever had to deal with, if you ever follow any advice in life, DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I placed an order in good faith

I placed an order in good faith. The website says that the products are 50 state legal. The order was "intercepted" by the postal inspector at my local post office. The postal inspector informed me that the package was not compliant with the "farm bill" and as far as he was concerned it was illegal marijuana. When I contacted kandygirl, they told me they would reship my order. After a week, I messaged them asking what was taking so long. After a lot of back and forth, they told me that they would give me a partial refund and a $50 gift card. I told them that was unacceptable. This was not my fault at all. Finally they told me they would issue a full refund. That was a month ago and they won't return any of my messages. Beware

Do not order

Do not order from them. They shipped my package and it never arrived. I contacted them multiple times and they basically said not their problem. They will not send a replacement if you package gets lost. They said it's my problem and I needed to contact usps and I did and usps said it is the shipper who has to file the claim for the lost package. I informed them and they were rude and still did nothing.
