This was my first time buying from you and I was happily surprised with the bikini bonus (which I ended up liking even better than the one I paid for). Now that I'm familiar with the sizing you use, it will be great to plan future purchases

Really love all 4 of the costumes I bought. Using a 3 for the cost of 2 offer and £10 off, they were bargain for the quality and style of the products. I had to exchange two items as I got the sizing wrong. This was organised swiftly, I didn't need to send the wrong sizes back, and they replaced the items straight away. I couldn't have been happier. Would recommend this company and the products

Unfortunately the swimsuits I ordered didn’t fit. I have a hard time buying anything online because I am weird sizes. Customer service for this company however offered many options. Due to shipping costs from the United States back to China they did try just giving me alternate sizes or swimsuits. They said I could ship back to them as well but cost wise it’s not the most effective. They also offered a partial refund versus shipping back and said to donate my items. It is nice that they did offer multiple solutions and told me to just donate the swimsuits versus returning. However I see why others are upset they couldn’t just get a full refund. I have like 10 swimsuits from them now that I have to just donate- half of which were free because they sent me alternative suits of my choosing but again just how they are made it didn’t work out. I need a large top and a small bottom the bottoms fit perfectly but unfortunately the top sizes just didn’t work out. I’m just going to make a large summer donation to my local Salvation Army. Hopefully someone else can use these :) hope kamoni can create a shipping contract deal with someone so it is not up to the user to attempt getting these items back to china.

My Kamoni bikini arrived in the mail quickly. Their email communications during shipping were very helpful. It is beautiful and fits perfectly. Plus they sent a free extra bikini bottom. This was my 3rd suit I have purchase from Kamoni. Highly recommend!

Swimsuits fit great, love the materials.
I ordered a suit I didn’t like and rather than requiring me to return and pay for shipping they sent me a new suit of my choice and asked me to donate the suit I wasn’t a fan of!

Looks great & I love the material. Exchanging sizes was easy and I received it just in time for vacation.

I ordered four pairs of bikinis from kamoni and had to get smaller top sizes. It was no issue and all I had to pay for was the return shipping. One of the tops was the wrong one and they exchanged it free of charge. All of the bikinis fit great and I love the tie up backs. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing customer service !! They were quick to respond to my refund and exchange request. The bathing suit bottoms I ordered were a size small and were too small so I needed a medium. If you are deciding between two size I’d go with the larger one. Just had to pay for shipping and they sent over the new sizes.

DONT USE
I bought x 2 bikini sets last year. They were not suitable to requested a refund.They asked about me keeping the items or returning to china at my own cost. I returned items last year and today some 5 months later they have been delivered back. I never received any refunds and am out of pocket paying for a return which never happened

Received my swimmers and they were lovely but the bottom a tad small. Instead of an exchange, they let me keep the swimmers and sent a new set for free. Great customer service and product . Thankyou

I received my bikini and the quality was better thsn expected. I ordered as per size chart but needed to change the top snd bottom .Staff quickly replied and offered to replace the item I wished for with just the shipping fee payment and I am thrilled. I will definitely be shopping with them again.
