Ordered 5 bikini 3 didnt fit so messaged them there customer service was fabulous efficient and told me keep them and they sent me 3 more free of charge they it didnt cost me any more money and no return charges great bikinis just wish i ordered different size in one but that was my mistake judging the sizing def order agsin tho

I enjoyed the designs and the customer service was attentive and helpful when dealing with returns. Just bear in mind deliveries can take quite a few days.

Great products at good prices! I love my bikinis so much: the quality is good, they fit well, have awesome colors and shapes. I also had a really good experience with the customer service: I asked to exchange a couple of pieces and they were really kind, fast and efficient with the shipment. Swimsuits arrived and look exactly as pictured. Good quality and beautiful colors. The sizing of the swimsuit tops is small so I contacted them for an exchange. Customer service has been excellent. They are going to ship out new product and I am hoping it arrives in time for my vacation.

Although the bathing suits I ordered took awhile to be delivered, the customer service was quick to respond to me when I emailed them. They were extremely helpful which is not always the case when dealing with customer service!

Is this a fake site? Ordered swimsuit for upcoming vacation on 5/11 got an order confirmation and still no shipment info a week later after trying to contact them 3 times! Leave for my vacation in 9 days so paid for bikini I won't even have!

Even though the product I have ordered doesn’t fit (as it is on a smaller side) I have been treated by a customer service team with the 5* service.
Prompt response to my query and best solution possible offered.
I will be certainly sharing my great experience with my friends and will be returning to Kamoni online shop soon.

Kamoni provided excellent customer service. I needed a smaller size and Kamoni made it easy to exchange and was very accommodating. The swimwear are excellent!!!

Super disappointed in the suits I bought. The sizes are not consistent and the bottoms weren’t the cut advertised. I’ve been trying to get ahold of kamoni (two separate occasions, once on the website once directly from my email) to start a return but no response. Sad to think if you order something from here and it’s not what you wanted or doesn’t fit you’re stuck with it. What a waste of money.

Wife loved the suits, true to size fit.

The only reason I gave a 4 star review is due to the sizing/measurements being a little off. However, I contacted the company and they are sending me larger size for free as long as I covered shipping! Great customer service but the measurements are just a little off.

I contacted customer service to exchange a bikini top that was too small.They were really helpful and offered me a great exchange deal to avoid international postage & hassle, all done without quibble. It was very refreshing compared to many internet companies who give a very poor experience.
