SCAMMY BUSINESS PRACTICE: Took €500, guaranteed a free follow-up if problems remained, then no-showed 3 times over 3 weeks while bed bugs stayed in my home. Avoid.
I hired this company for bed bug treatment. Unlike every other Berlin pest control company, which does three treatments a week apart as standard, they told me one treatment was enough — and guaranteed that if the bed bugs were still there afterward, they would come back and take care of it. I paid €500+ for the single treatment.
The bed bugs were still there after one week, so I asked about the promised follow-up.
It then took three weeks of chasing them for the follow-up they'd promised. Three times they confirmed an appointment. Three times nobody came. Each time: an apology, a new promise, then silence again.
They already had my €500 and simply never delivered on their guarantee and proper service. I do not consider this company reliable and would think twice before hiring them for pest control in Berlin.
