I previously bought a bunch of their necklaces, which are still in good condition (2+ years old) but I recently bought a ring in November, only for no updates.
I checked the store today (completely forgetting I ordered) and it's completely down.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM KAMI STUDIOS!!!! IT IS A FRAUDULENT WEBSITE! I wanted to buy a prison realm ring from them and changed my mind 3 days after I purchased as I see many places it is a fraudulent website. I asked for a refund and the lady from kami studios said I will only get a partial refund..... A partial refund you only get if you got some parts of the purchase. I told her that there is laws around it and you can not only give partial refunds for something you did not get at all. I immediately ordered a new card so they could not misuse my card information.
Ordered and paid extra for guaranteed delivery before christmas. NOT delivered yet (28dec) no reply from contact email. SCAM ???
Please be aware my card was fraudulently used in this store have notified them in regards to this hopefully they will stop the order going through if not be careful .

Imma make this quick:
a) most (im guessing all) of the products are found easily on aliexpress/taobao for a fraction of the price, nothing handmade here
b) their generous return policy of 30 days only applies to items not on sale, and everything is on sale constantly so no its actually a no returns ever policy
c) customer support tries to pay you off by sending more 2$ aliexpress items, wont refund
I did get the items, but just dont order not worth it - get it on aliexpress instead
