Marc is a very nice salesperson , very nice shop and a very good deal with black friday.

We bought a lens because it was promised to arrive the next day. It never arrived, and a week later we still haven’t been refunded. We have to keep chasing updates with almost no communication. €170 gone with no product and no service. Very disappointing experience.

Their support made my decision effortless—I placed my order immediately. The product arrived within just two days, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

I bought my son a DJI Osmo Action 4 camera from Kamera Express / Photospecialist in late November 2024 in advance of Christmas for €249. He tested the unit in late December after receiving the gift at Christmas, to see how it worked recording motion and stills photos. He was very disappointed with the blurry quality of the still photos. Be careful with this company! They refused to make a return or replacement, and refused to repair the unit. They are very strict about the "30 days after delivery date" return policy. No flexibility during the Christmas period. I would not do business again with this company. Customer service and item quality were very disappointing.

I'm editing this after my experience. I waited almost two/ three weeks for my camera to arrive and it never did. Had to contact kamera express to get a refund as their partnered shipper either lost or stole the package. They were nice to offer me either a refund or another camera at the same price but it kind of defeated the whole purpose considering I ordered the camera at a discounted price so I wouldn't have been able to get the same camera I wanted.
But they were quick to issue the refund which was okay. I don't recommend getting shipping of any items.

Do yourself a favor, don't buy anything from them. and look for reliable seller out there. I placed an order on the 12 of November 2024 of 3 products. 2 received after some days, and the other one took them a almost 45 days to tell me that their supplier is out of stock. I asked for the cancellation of the item because I can't wait more months to get. Then asked of a refund of the same amount I paid for the Godox product that was not delivered. Until this date, and since 2 weeks, I am trying to get my refund, but no answer was received. I think I am scammed by this business and not sure if they will refund my 569,00 € for the Godox Kit. I am not even sure how to reach them.

After writing this review, they contacted me the day after (the 10th Jan 2025), why you didn't do that earlier and solve the problem, why I have to send many emails without getting a response for weeks??

And what do you mean by "Regarding the order you placed, unfortunately we did not receive a correct payment from you"? What do you mean by correct payment? I received 2 items, and the 3rd didn't arrive after 45 days of waiting, then you said that the article is out of stock with you seller? I asked for a refund since that date, and nothing is received until now. REFUND ME for the article of 569,00 € !

I just purchased my first ever camera 🤗, and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.
The product quality and service really met my expectations !

We chose the camera online on website. At the store (Antwerp) they were happy to advise us, communication in English without problems.We arrived before closing (because traffic), but we didn't feel any pressure or stress. (Thank you Marc)

As a complete amateur and wanting to purchase my first "proper" camera I went to Kamera Express at Merode. I had a rough idea of what I wanted, a compact camera but unsure of which model and brand. The store employees gave me all the advice I could have wanted with honest opinions and reasoning as to why I should go for the Sony RX100 M3. They didn't have stock in the store but they managed to secure one at their store in Evere. Within 30 minutes of entering the store in Merode, driving to Evere, speaking to their store employees and getting all the necessary attachments / add ones, I walked out of the Kamera Express with my new camera and I'm super excited to get started with it! All employees were very happy to help me in English and I really appreciated the input that they gave me.
