Oseriös känsla
Har provat deras produkt Hormones & me i en månads tid nu. På mig hade det ingen effekt alls. Jag vände mig till deras kundservice för att utnyttja deras pengarna-tillbaka-garanti. Jag skickade mitt kvitto från köpet på Kronans apotek och fick detta ordagrant till svar: "Vi kan inte betala tillbaka pengar som vi inte har fått då du köpt av Kronan." Jag vill informera andra om att de har denna policy att inte betala tillbaka om det inte är köpt direkt av dem. Känns väldigt oseriöst när ett företag drar en sån uppenbar lögn för att slippa ersätta.
