Ordered 3 music boxes for my…

Ordered 3 music boxes for my granddaughters beginning of December for Christmas. Of course they took my payment right away but I didn't receive the boxes until December 22nd and only after I accused them of scamming me. Also, these music boxes are very very small and delicate (not very well made) and not appropriate for young children. I requested a return and refund according to their policy (requested 3 times) and have not gotten a response from them. I guess I have to cut my losses on this one. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
